I went for my annual eye exam with Dr. Ginger Cline (who is wonderful), and had an incredible experience with Victoria - who did the 'which lens is better' game, as she called it , with me. I just got my new glasses' prescription , and I'm seeing better than I have in several years! It's absolutely mind blowing!! I don't know what magic Victoria worked, but she definitely won the lottery for me in the lens game. I'll be requesting her every year for my exam!!

A big thank you to Dr. Cline. During a routine checkup earlier this year she spotted a growth on my eyelid that she thought should receive additional attention. It turned out to be basal cell carcinoma. I'm pleased to say it's been removed. Because it was detected early, the surgeon says it should not present any future problems. Thanks, Dr. Cline. Your sharp eye saved me from who knows what.

I waited three weeks for my appointment. After waiting for 47 minutes I asked the receptionist how much longer would it be. She said there were five people in front of me. 5! I am sure my jaw was on the floor. I asked approximately how long that would be. The receptionist answered.It could be twenty minutes to an hour per patient. At that point I asked if I could reschedule. Reception has said it would be 3-4 weeks!! Not one week not two weeks 3-4 weeks. I am new to the area and this location was close to my house. The music was too loud. The receptionist was not interested in helping me in any way. Two other employees were very into the music and bumping an thumping. I truly needed this appointment. I understood they had three doctors. I would never recommend this business. Maybe it's the doctors or the office manager would see reviews.Things would change in their office. But if there are people willing to wait two or three hours for an eye exam they will not change they do not have to. As a older woman I understand that I am not seen. There was another older woman, and older couple, one man in his 30's and such... My money is just as green as someone else's. Just because I am an older person does not mean I have all the time in the world to wait for an appointment. Now I have a choice to start over on my search for an eye exam or try this place again. Should I bring coloring books, crayons and headphones??

Dr.Cline, the assistance and the front desk girls are all so kind! I appreciate how Dr.Cline let me try different contacts to find what fits my needs best. Highly recommend!

My wait time in the waiting room was minimal however for the actual dr was crazy. The eye exam too more than an hour and when I tried to get glasses based on the eye prescription it was wrong. Not sure what happened but never again.

I have contacted the office multiple times regarding my bill be incorrect and have not received a call back. I have however received another incorrect bill in the mail today. I specifically told everyone when I made the appointment and when I was at the appointment I was only coming for an annual exam to use my VSP, otherwise I had just been to your office in Dec 24 for an issue of which my medical insurance was used - that was fine. Your office charging my medical insurance in April for my regular annual exam of which nothing extra was done over my standard annual VSP insurance exam is not OK. It's unethical and unprofessional. As stated on my multiple calls, your office needs to charge to my on file VSP and not my medical insurance and if I owe anything after that I will pay the appropriate bill.

Can't say anything about the doctor because we never got to see one! I'm not sure where was she busy when she has patients to attend. We waited 2.5 hrs to see the doctor and ultimately left the facility without seeing one. Firstly, no offense but almost 80 year old lady started collecting initial information and she asked same questions about 5 times as she was forgetting the answers I was providing. Poor poor service. Don't ever go there! Cherry on top is the rudest staff ever.

I have to say, I've never had a technician, Becky, do so much for my eye care services. I thought she was the doctor until Dr. Cline made her debut. Services were top notch and Dr. Cline was a true professional and gem. Please go check out this eye business...you won't be disappointed!
