Just had my first exam here and it has been the best experience I have had in my life. Monty, the technician, and doctor were nothing but polite, caring, and understanding while very professional.
The process was very efficient and had plenty of great frames to choose from. They had up to date tech to expedite the exam.
I hardly ever complete reviews but just had to for this place! Adding that I purchased 2 pairs of glasses (1 modified for sunglasses) and paid the same price I typically had paid for only 1 pair in the past.
10 out of 10 definitely recommend. The rest of my household will be coming here.

Our experience at America's Best was great from the time we walked in the door until the time we walked out!
Dr. Idell is fantastic! She is very knowledgeable and helpful. She took time to answer all my questions and didn't make me feel stupid for asking them. Monty did a great job helping us navigate the process of picking out frames and ordering glasses.
Everyone was very friendly and we will definitely come back to this store!

The only reason I didn't give this 1 star is because of Monty. There was no help, only Monty and one other person. The line to check in was long and went slow. Monty and the other person were doing the best they could considering it was only the 2 of them. YOU NEED TO PAY YOUR EMPLOYEES BETTER or you'll continue to have a tremendous turnover of staff and lose business. There are other places to obtain eye exams and sight needs, so up your game before your competition takes all your business. Corporate ABCAE---shame, shame, shame on your greedy selves.

The people that work there are great. Monty did a fantastic job and knows his business as far as talking to us about glasses. But we should not have had to wait 1 hour after our appointment before we got in to see the eye doctor. She did a great job too once we got in there.

You would think because they're in blue springs they would give better service. They Cracked my glasses lens twice, still no word on where my contacts are, dismissive, rude, and very unprofessional. Maybe they reserve this treatment for black people because they're all smiles and solutions with "other" customers. I would've stop doing business with them but I payed for that eye care club.

I brought my glasses in to have the hinge bent back and the screw replaced. I walked in and was greeted by Jayda (the gm). Nothing is better than the manager showing how much they care like greeting the customer. She was also the one who fixed and cleaned my glasses. Amazing isn't strong enough for how great she was. So friendly and welcoming. I will return just because of her! Thank you so much Jayda.
