I honestly would have left more stars because my doctor herself was so fantastic however that's not going to happen. I had ordered 2 pairs of glasses with a specialty prescription due to a recent brain tumor Dr Parsons was essential in figuring out even existed. I ordered these glasses on April 13 of this year after being cleared to work on my vision by my neurologist. Even with a military discount they were almost $700. I waited over a month for these glasses and I'd get "we don't know what's going on", "the lenses keep breaking" and finally "I don't know what you expect me to do, I can't go and make the lenses myself" from Brenda at the front desk on May 20th. I asked for a refund and my prescription so I could go elsewhere. New glasses were ordered May 22nd through a different provider and arrived for pick up with no issues on May 29th... For considerably less with polycarbonate lenses that wouldn't break or chip when you put them in the frames, and found some I liked a lot more.
I am beyond thankful for everything Dr Parsons has done to help me over the last 2 years and even more so for her help in diagnosing something that could have easily killed me, but I will not be back simply because of how her staff spoke to me during one of the hardest points in my life and just trying to be able to see again so I can get back to my normal life.
