My gf suggested her eye doctor office to see about my eye issue. Stop by and got in a next day appointment. Everyone here is super friendly, knowledgeable & up to date on equipment. Got several test done & after my appointment the doctor recommended a specialist retina doctor & they helped out make my appointment.

Not only do I love my new glasses, but I love that they helped me pick out frames that look good on me and compliment my hair color and the shape of my face. Their staff is friendly, helpful, and seems to care. I am impressed all around and will definitely be a repeat client.

I've had vision issues for a while and recently switched to Blue Springs Optical. I had a great experience. They truly take the time to make sure you are completely satisfied! I highly recommend Dr. Krause! I also highly recommend Marci-she will take the time and find the perfect pair of glasses that fit your face and you are 100% IN LOVE with before you purchase them!

Hands down the best place for eye care. The staff is so friendly, I love how when I'm choosing new frames the assistants are always honest with what looks good on me and have never been caught up with just making a sale! :) they are genuine and caring all the time!

Dr Krause is patient and sincere when working with my daughters. The staff is always friendly and welcoming and thoroughly explains the benefits and corrections needed for their eyewear. I highly recommend doing business with this awesome group!

They are great with children and tired moms. They take time to explain everything and figure out the most cost efficient solution for your family. Dr. Wilson is involved in research and stays on the cutting edge of how best to help his clients. Dr. Wilson talks with each patient and has a relationship with each of us. We love it here--have never had less than 5 star experience. Highly Recommemd.

Just spent nearly 20 minutes on the phone with them trying to make an appointment for my teenage son. After having to give them way more information than seemed even remotely necessary (like our social security numbers and much more!) the woman I was talking to about trying to make the appointment kept circling around and coming back to the fact that we don't have insurance. I had already inquired as to what approximate costs would be and informed them I would be paying cash. I DO have a paying job! I DO NOT have insurance so I have to pay out of pocket for Medical Expenses. I CAN afford to pay for the damn appointment or I wouldn't have been trying to make one! The questions she was asking were incredibly rude and intrusive. She went so far as to ask me what I was going to do if my son required any additional testing that would be above and beyond the very vague price range ($85-$200) she initially quoted. Well, I don't know lady, PAY for it? Or make another appointment for later to do any additional testing that I might not immediately have the money for? Am I buying a used car from you? Do you need me to sign in blood? I finally told her to forget about it, I would make an appointment elsewhere. Preferably with someone who doesn't feel entitled to judge people over the phone! I am only one of millions of uninsured people in this country. You have zero right to look down on any one of us.

I have seen Dr. Wilson for nine or ten years. He helped me prepare for LASIK seven years ago. My kids have all been seen by many of the doctors. I would never want to go anywhere else. The ladies at the front counter are all very helpful and friendly!!
