My elderly mother visited here and was met with the rudest staff, especially Dr. Soni. Every person should be treated with respect and she absolutely was not. Work on your professionalism! What a shame

Dr. SONI MAY BE A GOOD SURGEON . But some of his staff is very RUDE.. And also the Vision Center in Eldorado Springs Mo. Is A place he sees patients and some of that staff is very RUDE also when you ask any questions about Dr. SONI . My mother is 86 years old... I dont appreciate the way they talk or raise their VOICE.. If you dont like your job Find a new one and get replaced with someone that has more patients and kindness for the elderly especially... Shame on you all!!!!

Everyone is curt there especially Dr. Soni. If you ask a question expect to get a snide comment back. While in the middle of talking to him he literally scoffed and walked out of the room.
