I had an outstanding experience at this eye doctor clinic! From the moment I walked in, the staff was warm, welcoming, and incredibly professional. The office was spotless, modern, and very comfortable, which immediately put me at ease. The technicians were absolutely fantastic. They were friendly, knowledgeable, and made the pre-exam tests quick and stress-free. They explained each step clearly, answered my questions with patience, and made sure I felt comfortable the entire time. It's clear they are highly trained and truly care about patient experience. The doctor took the time to thoroughly explain every part of the exam, answered all of my questions patiently, and made sure I understood my options. I never felt rushed, and it was clear that they genuinely care about their patients' eye health. The exam was comprehensive and efficient, and the technology they use is top-notch. The team also helped me pick out the perfect pair of glasses, offering honest recommendations without any pressure. Overall, the entire process was smooth and stress-free. I highly recommend this clinic to anyone looking for exceptional eye care and friendly, professional service. I won't be going anywhere else!

The staff were very kind and sweet. The ladies at the front were very welcoming. The techs were very sweet and smiley. The opticians were very helpful when ordering my glasses. My glasses also came within the 10-12 day frame that they had told me.

I had an eye injury and was in severe pain for a couple of days. No one in my area had a Dr available for a few days. I Called Vision Source and they got me scheduled immediately. I drove 70 miles and I'm glad I did. Dr Kirar worked some magic and had me pain free before I left the office. I never write reviews like this but Im so grateful for everything they did for me, I had to share.

The owner of this store is beyond awesome, they actually care about there customers and went above and beyond for my wife who had damaged her eyes when she had a reaction to a bug spray, damaged severely, they worked and worked , kind courteous finally and caring saved her vision and it wasn't easy, it's the only vision center for me for life and that's just one of the several solids I've experienced with them.you'll never go wrong here!!

I would like to preface this by saying that I am not the patient however, the patient in question is an at risk individual with autism disorder. I will not name their name for privacy, also Lane nutt is an amazing practitioner However, prior to arrival, I called to ask about insurance coverage and was assured that the individual needing scheduled was in their network when I got there my individual did the appointment and it was revealed after the exam to me that ONLY the exam was under insurance then they snuck a $35 exam onto my individuals bill without telling him it was extra I had to pay out of my pocket and was NOT informed until they expected to swipe my card at the end I can understand accidents, but a lie is a lie

Dr nutt was great everyone very friendly and efficent until you go to pay then extras and surprise costs that were never told about before hand. Never going here again I should have looked at the reviews first.

My family and I have used walmart for years, but we had to switch. I am so impressed with how friendly and helpful everyone is. We love how "fancy" everything is and all the different things they do while getting your eyes examined and how they even go into detail when picking out glasses. They recommend sizes and shapes based on your features and head shape. I ordered glasses got them with in the time frame they gave me and I Iove them! I've never had anything like that done!

So bad. I had an appointment last August with Dr. Nutt and had new glasses ordered. Still have not received them at all. If they call to say they are ready, I will tell them to keep them. I am going to Springfield, where I got my glasses to begin with. They got my glasses done in a timely manner. This is unreal. I realize this is Vision Source, and yet, Dr. Nutt and his team are with you now. So I am giving a rating for Dr. Nutt and hus team. Thank you.
