The entire staff is great, with every interaction, it was clear how much they care. Dr Young pulled off a miracle and gave me back the sight in my left eye. I literally could not see a hand in front of my face and now it's close to 20/20. There is no way to ever thank them enough. 6 months later Dr Young did the right eye. Again, the result is a miraculous difference.

I wanted to thank the staff for their kindness shown to my wife. She is a stage 4 cancer patient and was there to be seen due to a new chemotherapy treatment that has a lot of complications having to do with the eyes. She must see the eye doctor before starting this chemo medicine and was due to start chemo later that day. Due to some kind of conflict with the insurance they were not able to bill the insurance and my wife was unable to cash pay that day. They not only continued with her appointment but made her feel very at ease about the whole incident. It was already a very stressful day for her and could have easily been worse. Thank you so much for being so kind and thoughtful. She has been through so much in the last 2 years. Everyone from the receptionist to the doctor were so kind to her. Thank you again!

Very quick to get in to see the doctor. Super front desk who got all done quickly. Great techs who did early things for doctor. Doctor Smith was wonderful and got me drops right there and prescription for other medicine sent to my pharmacy. Will be seeing him again in one week. Dr. Thomas & his staff are outstanding. Everyone was so friendly, patient & understanding. They take the time to explain everything & make you feel comfortable with your diagnosis, treatment plan & payment arrangements. They are incredibly busy, but don't make their patients feel rushed. I was very impressed with the level of care I received. Highly recommended!

I was very nervous and had no idea what to expect. The staff and doctors and nurses at Mattax Neu Prater totally put me at ease. Dr Thomas was very compassionate and comforting and his assurance through the surgeries that things were going so well really put my mind at rest. I would highly recommend this group of professionals to anyone who requires any medical treatment for their eyes. This is a wonderful group that will ease your anxieties.

Had cataract/lens replacement surgery in my left eye, and everything is so much prettier. Also, I could read down 4 lines in the eye test, which I couldn't see before. I'm going ahead and having the same procedure in the right eye. These Dr.s are great. Highly recommend MNP Eye Center.
