I was quite concerned about a recent situation with my left eye. Vision clinic was wonderful from the ease of making the appt, fast and friendly check in and even quicker exam. Dr Upton was very thorough and explained what had occurred. He took his time and answered all my questions. I left my appointment feeling reassured and I recommend this office to everyone. You will be taken care of with kindness and caring.

Couldn't have had a better experience! Quick check-in at reception. Jake, who did my preliminary check-in, listened closely and was very personable. Dr. Upton was funny, but also very thorough. He answered my questions in full and I left feeling very comfortable. Makayla then helped me to find glasses suitable to my face shape and personality, and worked with my insurance to get me an accurate quote. All 3 of them were absolutely wonderful to speak with. I think I left in a better mood than when I arrived!

It's always hard to go somewhere new when your insurance changes. From the moment you walk in, you feel welcomed. Donna was very friendly at the desk, the young lady who did all my testing was very polite, answered all my questions and thoroughly explained each thing she was about to have me do. Bonus points for NO puff in the eye test!!!! Dr Upton? was very polite, super patient during test and answered questions. You want that family vibe?? This is the eye clinic to visit.

Took some metal to the eye at high speed was bit nervous but Dr Trey Upton did an absolute amazing job taking care of me. Less then 1 week total time even after he said it was very bad he was even extremely gentle on my self pay pocket. Although I never really want to seem him like that again I will proudly take any and all to him for a dit of repair!!! THANK YOU!!!!

The whole appointment was fast, but very thorough. From the check in to the final scan for a base line for glaucoma. The doctor explained everything clearly and I understood the condition of my eyes before I left. I am very glad I chose the Bision center for my eye exam.
