I was visiting Branson for New Year with my family and left my contact lenses at home. I contacted Ozarks Family Vision Centre to check if they had my prescription in stock, and they did. The employee who answered the phone, the front desk staff, everyone was so nice and willing to help. They gave me some contact lens samples, enough for my stay in Branson. I am VERY grateful for all your help and wish you a wonderful and happy 2025! Thank you SO much for going above and beyond to help me, even contacting my Optometrist in Memphis.

Dr. Griffith took wonderful care of my mother-in-law for an eye emergency while they were traveling. It can always be scary having an emergency while away from home- but Dr. Griffith and her team were great. My glasses broke while here on vacation. Based on other reviews I had seen for Ozarks Family Vision, we decided to give it a try. Happily, they were able to repair the part that had broken, and preemptively repaired a second place that was in danger of breaking. In and out in about 15 minutes! They didn't even charge me, although I asked them about it. I am so thankful we were able to locate this business and that they were so helpful!
