Took my son to get glasses here and it was a good experienceat first. My biggest issue was the prescription wasnt quite right. My son could not see out of his glasses when he received them. We were told to give it a day or two. It wasnt any better and when I called, I was treated rudely told i had to pay for a new prescription and then hung up on. This was extreamly frustrating and disappointing.

This place scammed my wife. They used jargon to convince her that she needed 'special' glasses. Charged $300 after insurance. Turns out they were simple reading glasses, worth all of $15 at a drugstore. I called and excoriated them, they told me my wife was poorly informed and should have read the fine print. I have never been so angry with a business for using scientific jargon to scam patients. Wholly unethical.

Every bit as experienced and knowledgeable as your "boutique" eye care centers. I have been to both now and I am trying to understand why there is such a price difference. I am a support local person 100%, but at 3x the cost, I cant. Either way, very satisfied with Clarkson Eye Care.
