They are great, take care of you properly...but forget to tell you they're closed on certain days when they say return for paperwork (records) pickup...BUT they Personally sent a records Secretary to their closed office to bring me my files that they prepared for me to pickup! Lol. Awesome Staff Supervisors and Efficiency. 5+ Rating. Thank you!

My vision is restored. I had floaters in both eyes and very limited vision in my right eye. Dr. Durrani is awesome.

I'm not sure what the issue is but on my mother's last appointment we were kept waiting over two hours, while people that have come in after us have come and gone. When I questioned this I was told they took people the order they came in. Not true. I can clearly see who has come in after us!

I was on the verge of completely losing my vision, and I can't express how thankful I am to Dr. Nicholas E. Engelbrecht for saving my sight. From the moment I met him, he was calm, reassuring, and incredibly knowledgeable. He explained everything clearly, answered all my questions, and gave me hope during a very frightening time. The surgery was a success, and my recovery has gone better than I could have imagined -- all thanks to Dr. Engelbrecht's skill and care. His dedication to his patients is truly exceptional. I will always be grateful to him and his team for giving me my vision -- and my life -- back. I highly recommend Dr. Engelbrecht to anyone in need of expert retinal care.

I had a torn retina. Dr Engelbrecht preformed surgery, followed up with visits after, and recently released me. My entire experience was excellent! He explained the procedure and answered my questions. He and his staff were pleasant and helpful. Thank you Dr. Engelbrecht for returning my sight.

The Retina Institute nurses and doctors are amazing! I had an emergency with my vision, my doctor and the staff were awesome. they got me in very quickly and made me feel very comfortable with the situation and in what they were doing. The whole process of getting my eye lasered was not as scary as it could have been because of their caring and kindness and just overall good manners in general. Dr. Daniel Joseph was very knowledgeable and did a great job explaining to me what was going on. I even had to go see him in another office a few days later and the whole situation was just fine. I would definitely recommend them for any eye problems anyone has.

If I could give this place zero stars, I would. I've never had such an unprofessional experience. Stay clear of Dr. Papakostas. He spent 1-2 minutes total with me. Belittled me for coming in, even though my eye doctor sent me to him. Did not explain anything, laughed at me. And was very rough looking at my eye. It was awful. I left with no answers about the eye concern my eye doctor sent me there for. Also, the technician who dilated my eyes did not wear gloves nor did they wash their hands prior to administering drops in my eyes.

The staff is compassionate and knowledgeable. I am always seen in a timely manor but never rushed. Dr Engelbrecht is excellent and explains everything thoroughly. Very highly recommend. He saved my sight.
