Picked up my new glasses. The lady who adjusted my frames snapped the earpiece on half! She never said oops or sorry. She just handed them back to me. I told her she broke them and she said yes and we will replace the frame for you. You will have to come back in and then we will switch out your lenses into the new frame. This means I have to drive all the way back and do this again because of her mistake. It would've been OK if she would've apologized. But she was cold and never said a word. I was very upset because there's a lot of trouble for me to drive a long distance to pick up new glasses. I hope I never have to go back to this place again.

Friendly staff, doctor explains thoroughly, and they made sure I had what I needed. I am very happy with my care.

Our family has been going here for 15 years and since Dr Arn left we have found the lady answering the phones & scheduling appointments to be rude, to interrupt before we can even finish speaking and after multiple calls to and from the office over the past few months, always being tested this way, today we will be finding a new office. The eye Doctor herself is fine- talked us into $700 contacts for our son with the promise of $400 in rebates. All rebates were filled out and turned in- NOTHING. We will be taking our children and family members somewhere else for sure. Why on earth would you want someone rude as first contact for your patients and families.

Dr. Rogge and her staff are fantastic!! She spent a lot of extra time with me trying to get things just right. She is very personable, and they all make you feel so "right at home". I give Bennett Eye Care a HUGE thumbs up!!

My husband recently visited Dr. Rogge and staff. We can not say enough good things about the care they give here. Dr. Rogge is friendly and personable as well as very knowledgeable in her field. She took all the time she needed to fit my husband with the prisms he needed in both his distance glasses and his reading glasses. The staff was helpful in selecting frames and getting him set up with 3 new pairs of glasses. Thank you for the wonderful care!

If I could give them zero stars, I would. Horrible, I mean HORRIBLE customer service. First off, the exams are poorly done, you pay way too much for what you get. You'll get your contacts, or lenses in and you won't be even be able to see due to the prescription not being right. Don't even try talking with the lady that answers the phone. She is down right rude and unprofessional. She will make snide remarks and speak to you in a sarcastic manner. I will never go back to this place and advise everyone to stay far away from this unprofessional office they call a "business".

Make sure you check your insurance ahead of time! Our insurance changed since our last visit and we didn't know that they accept the medical but not the vision from the new company. They told us that after the appointment rather than before. We forked out over $400 in visit fees that would normally have been $80 for four appointments. Then they billed us incorrectly for one visit and wanted us to pay for that when they made the mistake.

This place has the best staff around. They truly care about their patients and are so friendly! 10/10 recommend.
