I have been receiving eye care there many years. As they have grown, you now go through phases of your care, including the test to clarify best lens strength, with several people when, in the past, you spent more time with the optometrist. I've believe I have had good care and will continue to be a patient there. My husband is also a patient and recently underwent cataract surgery, which went very well. He is very pleased with the results.

My girlfriend had cataract surgery aftercare at the Cameron location, after having had the surgery at the St Joseph location. At both locations the service was impeccable. We made the trip back to Cameron several times from Kearney for various checkups and tests. Each time we were greeted with smiles and grace, so much so, I inquired about making an appointment for my own optical needs. As it turned out my needs were a little unique. Dr Pheifer and staff were attentive and very communicative each step of the way. They treated my special needs as if they handled this type of thing routinely. Such professionalism is hard to come by these days. I'd like to send a shout out to the ladies at the front desk, who always laughed at my dad jokes and were interactive, to my Key and Peele play-on-names partner Myra, and Hope who was relentless in trying to meet my special requirements. I was in just yesterday speaking with Hope about my order. We had only been there a minute or two, when out of nowhere, and quite unsolicited a lady hands both my girlfriend and I bottled water. We were both blown away by this gesture. Rocking that top notch, concierge-type service. Simply put, they are the best!

I absolutely love Dr Pheifer and the entire staff, shout out to Myra who is awesome! Never have I had one single issue with scheduling and the atmosphere is joyous! People need to remember that there are other people with needs and we don't know their circumstances. So I go in with a smile and I'm greeted by many smiles, it is absolutely my favorite place to go to see a Dr! My Sister and other family members are seen here and feel the same way! I will never buy another pair of glasses here. I ended up paying $192 plus using my insurance for a pair of sunglasses I cannot wear. I had them remake them (the way they were supposed to be made in the first place) in hopes that I could wear them. Then they claim they had to"eat it"... (their words). I want to know exactly what they had to eat! My $192 dollars!! And nearly $600 more from my insurance company is what they ate!

Awesome experience here. Assistant was very knowledgeable and kept things moving - Comfortable office, super friendly staff, highly recommend! Dr. Garwood was personable and informative and Dr. Murphy is the best in the business!

I love this place. We my family and I drive from Liberty to see Dr. Pfeifer. We love her. All the staff and she are always friendly engaged and so kind. I appreciate this so much.

Love Dr. Pfeifer, however, I have never had such a hard time making an appointment at any place in my life. Prepare to spend a long time on the phone trying to get your appointment made!!!

They are all so pleasant and professional. They remember each person almost having met them once. Myra in Optical is a gem!
