I came in to have my glasses adjusted as the left arm of my Silhouette frames really needed it. Emma straightened it out but told me told me I was on borrowed time as there was damage near the arm of the frame. I was hoping to wait for new frames after my eye doctor appointment in three months. The next day the left arm fell off. I went back to Clarkson Eyecare and Emma in a couple minutes had them fixed replacing both arms of the glasses. She said I didn't owe anything! So happy. I will definitely be back when it's time to be fitted for new frames. Thanks so much Emma! Your gracious, generous, cheerful, and quick service was outstanding!

Crown Vision cancelled my son's time sensitive appointment not once, but twice causing me to drive all over St. Louis. Out of frustration, I pulled into a Clarkson store to see if they would take a walk-in. The store in Creve Coeur had no appointments available, but they took the time to find me one at the Chesterfield location rather than just turning me away. The staff at the Chesterfield store was amazing and took such good care of us! Sorry (not sorry) Crown Vision...we found a new eye doctor! Thank you Clarkson for your excellent service and amazing staff.

I really like the staff and doctors at their Chesterfield location on Clarkson. Dr. Wilkinson does a great job identifying my vision needs. However, the star of the show was Michelle! She really went the extra mile for me and helping me price the contact lenses that would be the best fit for me. In fact, she knew I was shopping the big box stores, Sam's and Costco for a better price and still she ordered sample lenses for me to try a more comfortable brand. It turns out Clarkson was cheaper than Costco, Sam's and 1-800-Contacts! Thanks to Michelle, I saved some money. She could not have been nicer or more accommodating!

Their billing procedures are inconsistent and confusing. My wife and I had back to back appointments. She was charged a fitting fee for her contact lenses but I was not. When we questioned, the two employees talked about it and could not provide a good answer. My lenses had a rebate form attached, buy it says I need to circle the fitting fee in the receipt. So I guess I'm out of luck for the rebate.

Went there one time 3 years ago and have gotten a spam call from them every week. When you block their number, they call you from a new one. When you ask to get put on a do not call list, they add you for a week and then call you again from a new number.
Would recommend going anywhere else.
