I came to Pepose Vision Center because my husband was so well treated by Pepose and so very happy with the results of his monovision cataract surgery. I had seen an Ophthamologist recently who recommended againt my having monovision for my cataracts since i have never worn contacts. I asked if I could wear contacts to see if my brain could adjust to monovision. The Dr agreed and I was given a contact lens to wear in my left eye. I had a hard time adjusting to that process.
I decided to see Pepose and was tested to see which eye is dominant. Your testing showed my left eye to be dominant! I was unaware of such testing. It was not done by the Dr I saw previous to coming to Pepose. Dr. Sayed said I needed to try a contact lens in my right eye and placed one in my right eye!! It worked!
Wow! Had I not come to Pepose I would not have been able to get monovision.
Thank you, Dr Sayed! See you on Feb 4 for my first surgery visit.

I am extremely disappointed with the attitude of the staff at this clinic. We had an appointment with Dr. Qazi, and when I brought my parents' appointment schedule, the support staff member Jen kicked the chair and slammed the door the moment she entered the room, spoke loudly, and behaved disrespectfully -- something I have never experienced at any other clinic. An eye hospital like Pepose Vision, once reputable and well-known, should treat its patients with respect and professionalism, not with such rude behavior.
You should be cautious if you encounter Jen, because you will certainly not receive proper service or basic respect. This issue needs to be corrected immediately to prevent further damage to other patients' experiences.

I was attending an eye doctor in St Peters for over 4 years, I ended up having to switch due to the doctor no longer accepting my insurance. During my first appointment with my new eye doctor, I discovered that I had a detached retina in both of my eyes that hadn't been caught by my original eye doctor and had emergency surgery for something that should've been caught initially.
