I had been trying to get my contact rx finalized. I got a sample pair of contacts from this location and called to let them know in one eye the vision was blurry and I believe it needs to be stronger. Anna the rude large built lady told me to bring my contact package in and she would put in notes to the doctor to adjust and call me back. After a brief illness i forgot to call back immediately so when i did continue to follow up i got the run around. I got a notice about having a balance after I paid $300 out of pocket for lenses. I finally was able to call the office and Anna said I needed a whole new visit and I would have to pay out of pocket again as prescriptions are not good for a full year (written rx 07/2025). After back and forth of her talking over me and hanging up the phone I went to the location Upon entering Anna continued to yell and talk over me about having no record of my visit and my updated rx. It was completely a lie because that location gave me 2 trial pairs of contacts. I will NEVER visit this place ever again. They commit insurance fraud and are extremely rude and unprofessional.

As a nearly 40 old who's NEVER been to the eye doctor ... I was nervous- to say the least. Dr. Johnson was so kind, professional and helped me through my nerves, not just the exam itself. I walked out feeling confident in our plan and looking forward to picking up my first pair of glasses. Thank you!

I visited for an exam and glasses on Jan 10th. After waiting two weeks, the glasses arrived with the bifocal line measured incorrectly, right in the middle of my vision. I had to wait another two weeks for a remake, meaning I was without my new prescription for a full month. When I finally picked them up, the service was non-existent. There was no apology or consideration for the month-long delay and error. Even worse, no optician bothered to check the fit of the new glasses or offer care instructions for the lens coatings. I expected professional eye care, but this felt like a careless retail transaction. I cannot recommend this location.

I'm very impressed with Dr. Johnson and her staff at Clarkson Eye Care in the Four Seasons shopping center in Chesterfield, MO. They are knowledgeable, helpful, and very professional. The staff keeps the store immaculate, and I feel I receive excellent care from the doctor and her staff. I'm also impressed by the high tech equipment they use to evaluate my eyes.

I love these people! My family of 6 all come HERE! And have been patients for nearly 6 years. Plus, most of the staff have been there for years. That alone, says a lot.

Visited the Four Seasons Chesterfield location to purchase eyeglasses and Anna the office manager assisted me. She ensured I maximized my insurance benefits when I purchased two pair and had a very customer focused approach. She also had a great personality and sense of humor which I appreciated.
