Everything went very well. The optometrist who did my exam was great(had a great sense of humor) and the customer service rep that handled my initial appointment and transaction were all very helpful and professional. The only part I would've appreciated is knowing ahead of time how expensive it was going to be to purchase progressive lenses and contacts. That would've led me ask questions about how much I really needed to get them or if I could hold off on getting them at a later time. Didn't find out how much they were going to cost until after I had picked out my frames and began to make my purchase.

Fiori was OUTSTANDING!! After finishing my exam, she was patient and extremely helpful while making decisions regarding the purchase of my first pair of glasses and all the included features. His customer service skills are out of this world -- Daniel made sure every customer who walked in was very well cared for from start to finish. My appointment ran 45 minutes late. Overall, customer service was poor. I was constantly groomed for up-sales and never even offered the options my insurance would cover. Completely frustrating and unsatisfactory experience. Once I finally receive my glasses, I will never set foot in this store again. Furthermore, I'll never visit any LensCrafters again. This was the last straw.

Staff are incredibly friendly & knowledgeable. I appreciate the company's respect for personal choice & freedom to mask or not & to vaccinate or not. These days, that's becoming increasingly rare. I definitely recommend this business and especially my Columbia, MO location for great staff and a great price (we don't have insurance-so that's a big deal!).
