Dr was ok, very friendly and seems knowledgeable. Front desk girl was very disorganized or new or rattled...I'm not sure. I told her I was interested in contacts and I thought I marked that on my forms but nothing was ever mentioned about fitting me for contacts. When I did mention it at the conclusion of my exam the Dr said, oh, it's marked here that you are not interested in contacts. Also I've never received a call back about my order (almost $300) and it doesn't show up on the portal as having a prescription for contacts or that I paid for them. Somebody needs to get it together. I also didn't receive any guidance or info regarding the contacts I supposedly ordered.

Scheduling an appointment was easy and I was able to be seen in a timely manner which was great. The staff was very nice and approachable. My main problem is with the communication and accomplishing anything besides a standard appointment. I had to call twice to get a referral after it was already supposed to be sent in and then it was to a specialist that didn't take my insurance, so I had to call a third time to get it sent to another location. Then a trial pair of contacts was supposed to be sent to my house and never arrived, so yet another phone call to get that accomplished. Once I decided the trial pair were great and I wanted to purchase the contacts, there were delivery issues which isn't their fault, but I've had to call the office 3 times over several weeks to try to get this straightened out with no communication on what steps are being taken to receive my contacts and no ETA on delivery
