I couldn't have asked for a better experience. The ladies at the desk were beyond kind to spend a lot of time trying to get my insurance added to the system and with helping my child do a first time contact fitting. Dr. Barber was patient and kind- he took time to explain everything and to perform a thorough exam. Great office and even better staff! Thank you!

The doctor and staff here are exceptional. Professional and helped me with all my questions and I had plenty. I never felt rushed and I was able to get an appointment quickly. I would highly recommend.

Absolutely nothing but poor customer service and communication skills over and over. There is an older lady that works there that is very unkind, miserable and probably needs to retire because it seems she's lost any kind of sense to do her job. Dropped my glasses off to get fixed because they was crooked, & decided to get the anti reflective lenses while I was at it. I was told this entire process would take 3-5 business days.. 3 weeks later after no calls nothing I called up there only to be placed on hold after telling them my problem for 10 minutes then another person answers the phone and has no idea why I'm on hold and why I called so I had to again let them know why I am calling. He then lets me know that he's tried to contact me to get payment for my glases, but I have no missed calls or voicemails from them. They've not shipped them off yet to get fixed so here it is 3 weeks later, glasses still have reflective lenses, and the only thing fixed was the crookedness. I'm still welcomed with unkind behavior dirty looks from adults.. Pathetic

Very displeased with the most recent service. I paid over $100 for a visit which resulted in a changed prescription which occurred the first week of July. At the time, I was almost out of contacts. I was instructed that I would need trials before being given a prescription. It has now been 2 months, I have been out of contacts for over a month, and I have not received my trials or a new prescription. I have called numerous times where there is typically not someone available with no returned phone calls. I have been given contacts to hold me over in the interim twice that do not match my previous prescription or the brand that I previously wore or wanted. We are now going on a trip and I do not have any extra contacts. Understand if the contact provider is the issue but there has not been any recommendations or communication with the Dr or staff about anything different. There has also been no email or phone communication regarding the status of my "trial contacts" since my visit in July other than the provider keeps cancelling my order which I have never had occur in the 10+ years of ordering contacts. Be cautious if you're a contact wearer. I plan to switch.

Staff was kind, thorough and professional. So thankful to get a Saturday appointment! Definitely would go back.

The absolute worst experience I've had at an eye Dr. The doctor himself is not bad, however, the support staff is just horrible. I waited 2 months for trial contacts that never came in. I called several times to try and get answers, but am told something different every time. The front desk just does not seem to know how to do their job. For a better experience I would simply avoid this place.

Horrible service, add fees to that you don't know about. Add fees 6 month later when they make the lenses bad. Then threaten to not fix them again???? REALLY!!! MAYBE GET IT RIGHT THE 1ST TIME THEN!!!
