My recent appointment at LensCrafters was wonderful! Daniel was extremely helpful and very knowledgeable. He assisted me with picking out my frames prior to my eye exam. Dylan was also excellent and knowledgeable assisting me after my eye exam to get the right lenses and fit. Dr.Bell gave me a thorough evaluation and was also very knowledgeable. I highly recommend this location for your next eye exam.

The pre-testing woman was absolutely fabulous and knowledgeable. The eye doctor took his time explaining everything and answering all my questions thoroughly. The biggest drawback was the fact that 3 separate people asked me about purchasing frames and lenses which I wasn't interested in, and conveyed that to the first person (as well as the other two). It was high pressure and I didn't appreciate it - I do understand that's likely where they make their money but it wasn't pleasant.

I went to have an appointment on 9/6 for an eye exam to get a replacement pair of glasses since I had NONE. I have worn glasses since Kindergarten and I am almost 30 years old. I was told on two separate visits that I would have my glasses by 9/16; however, I've now been told I have to wait another week. Again, I have had no glasses for a month now after relying on them to function since age 5. No notice that there would be a delay, no contact about the delay -- nothing. While the availability is very handy and helpful and the staff were kind, the timely fulfillment of orders leaves a lot to be desired. I am still awaiting their arrival.
