I have been going to Dr. Jones for many years! Yesterday, I had a "eye"emergency. He got me right in and diagnosed the problem immediately! It was a very serious condition! I can't say enough about the professionalism, knowledge and the compassionate care that was provided to me! My eye is healing and should be good to go! Thank you to Dr. Jones and his staff. I HIGHLY recommend him!!!!

This was my first visit to Fairview Eyecare. The office and staff are very friendly and helpful. I'm terrible with names, but the woman that handles everything up front is absolutely wonderful!
Dr. Jones is very efficient, walked me through the new technology they have that you can choose rather than have your eyes dilated and answered every question without making me feel like I was being a bother. My exam included both glasses and fitting for contacts. So far, these new contacts are amazing. This is the first time I have found my prescription (a + prescription) in stock and not have to be ordered. I plan on being a return patient and would recommend Fairview Eyecare!

Well, I gave 3 stars, because my first appointment was pretty good. The staff was friendly and I was in and out pretty quick. However, I had to come back the following week for a quick contact fitting and that appointment, I would give 0 stars. I waited for over 1 hour and 10 minutes for a contact fitting. My prescription was already set. The front desk person was completely apathetic as was the doctor. I was extremely late getting back to work. The only explanation I got was... "he gets behind. You should have made your appointment at 9am." You would have been out of here quick." I was going to take my husband and my daughter there because both need a new eye doctor... I guess we will go somewhere else.

Dr. Jones is straightforward and honest. He doesn't do extra exams like some clinics in town, but he also takes his time with you and follows up if you need changes made or are having issues. He's busy, but if your willing to be flexible and be seen at either location, he can get you in fairly easily.

He is very good to discuss all aspects of what is going on with my vision. Chris, the office manager is good to deal with, has a can - do attitude. Office is very convenient to get to and also in proximity to the store where I purchase my glasses.

Dr Jones is great!!!! He was the first eye doctor that had me try multiple types and brands of contacts to make sure my vision was a good as possible which is really important to me since I have partial vision loss in one eye. Even after five years he still makes sure I have the right prescription and congfiguration for me. I highly recommend him.
