It never fails. Lack of time management and lack of organization. Just make sure you bill that insurance! See you next time mason eye clinic! Can't wait to wait 2 hours to be seen for 20 minutes! Why don't you just take walk ins considering you CANT keep your appointments ACCURATELY OR PUNCTUALLY WHAT A JOKE.

This is the worst phone customer service experience I have ever had. Every single time I call, the phone gets hung up. And ALL I AM TRYING TO DO IS FIND OUT IF MY GLASSES ARE THERE

Expect to wait for a couple hours to get seen for a 10 min appointment... ridiculous! It's unacceptable! How do you expect to run a company thats this unorganized and unprofessional!

Was seen by Dr. Elkeed Friday and surgery Thursday. Very nice concerned professional staff He reattached my retina, and fixed 2 holes. Only pain through the whole produce was inserting the i.v. Staff keft me and my family informed throughout it all I would highly recommend this place. They care. Fast appointments, fast surgery. Thank you so much Everybody is awesome

I couldn't get a cost estimate for my annual eye exam-it ended up costing over $1500, (over $900 out of pocket) for a routine check.

Professional in every way. Staff & doctors are highly knowledgeable; also very pleasant and sympathetic to patients.

I see my Neuro Opthamologist on the 2nd floor. It's just the same as going to the main hospital. Always a great experience!!

The reviews I'm reading here are pretty accurate. The medical care seems good and thorough. Wait times are unpredictable and can be really bad sometimes--accompanied by what seems to be a lack of recognition/caring about it from staff. You often have to wait each step along the way and I have literally been there hours before. I commented on it once to a nurse who didn't reply and then said (sarcastically?) "have a really nice day!" when she left the room. The issue that surprises me the most though is that staff won't call you back. I've been seen there a few years now and if I get the answering machine and leave a message, I won't get a return call. They'll often take care of it--like if I'm calling with a medication issue--but no call back to alert me or answer my question even if I've called multiple times across a couple weeks. I've figured out work arounds by alerting my pharmacy that I won't be getting any messages from my doctor's office so I'll need to hear the update from them. But this week I left a message at Mason East about rescheduling an appointment and still haven't gotten a call back. It's pretty odd.
