I was so happy with my experience today. I was coming in for some complicated eye issues and Dr. Jill and the staff were all wonderful in getting me the help I needed. My husband has now switched to the clinic. Sometimes there can be a wait but they always apologize and acknowledge it and are very attentive to your needs. They are popular (busy) but worth it.

Dr. DeRose is great. He's very thorough, and he always tells what he'll be doing before he starts. His staff, from front desk to assistants who do all the testing and dilating the eyes before Dr. DeRose, sees me, are all very pleasant and kind. I go once a year and feel like I'm in good hands when I have my eyes checked by Dr. DeRose and his staff!

Fantastic experience with the entire Missouri Eye Consultants team. From check-in, to prep, procedure (Dr. Hesemann), payment and even Rene (for cleaning/fixing up my frames). We have never once been disappointed or had a poor experience with this group. First time at the Nifong location (needing to see an Ophthalmologist) and was just as happy as our ongoing experience with Dr. Melissa at Keene Street!
Procedure isn't covered by insurance which would result in a referral or out of pocket payment. They provided an estimate within 24 hours of my consult and the fees were absolutely reasonable/feasible. Fortunate to have found this group several years ago!!!

When you walk-in you are immediately greeted by the kind and knowledgeable office staff. You are then taken back to have internal pictures of your eyes taken and a brief evaluation. Then the optometrist comes in to thoroughly do the eye examine. More intensive internal evaluation, the letter chart and discussion on what he sees.
My only concern is: with it being the heighth of cold and flu season, I did not observe the wiping down of the eye machine equipment before or after I used it for evaluations.
