I was a traveler in St. Louis from West Virginia when I the screw holding one of the lens in my glasses came out. Fortunately I stopped in eyewearhaus to ask for assistance. They were very gracious. They not only replaced the screw by tightened the one on the other lens, then applied laquer to help them from dislodging again. Very quick, very nice, very professional in a welcoming way.

I love Eyewearhaus because the doctors give very thorough exams. At my last exam, Dr. Broeder noticed a few issues with my eye health. The office staff arranged for me to visit my opthalmalogist who diagnosed my issue right away. With some prescription eyedrops, I am on the mend.
