An Exceptional Experience with a Truly Caring Doctor I recently visited DeSoto Vision Care for an eye exam and new glasses, and I cannot recommend Dr. Pelton highly enough. From start to finish, the experience was wonderful. Dr. Pelton has a fantastic personal touch that immediately puts you at ease. He took the time to ensure my prescription was perfect, making certain I could see clearly before I even left the office. What really stood out was his wonderful sense of humor and his ability to make the entire process not just comfortable, but actually enjoyable. He has a way of making you feel both relaxed and special. Beyond the excellent exam, selecting my new glasses was a breeze. The staff was helpful and the frame selection was great. I wholeheartedly recommend Dr. Pelton and DeSoto Vision Care to anyone looking for top-notch eye care from a genuinely caring and skilled professional.

Dr Pelton is amazing!! You will not be disappointed. He makes sure you can see your best before you leave his office. I highly recommend his practice! I am so thankful for his dedication to his field.

This place is awesome! Very friendly and took as much time as needed. Been to many optometrists and eye glass places and this was the best experience by far plus a large selection of frames.

I am from out of town and while playing with my son my glasses were hit hard into my face and my glasses were bent and crooked. I came by to see if I could get my glasses readjusted to fit straight again. The lady at front desk was nice and did a great job readjusting my glasses. I appreciate the great customer service.

I've been going to them since I was like four three I don't know whatever age it was and I'm 40 now and they're amazing they've always done me and my oldest that is going to be 20 this month Good and have always done us very very well and very sweet to us and I like that they're old school in the original people they don't go through staff they keep their staff and that's good business and that shows that they take care of their employees and I like that I hate when people's places go through people like crazy I think that's amazing they're amazing people I recommend them to everybody

I had to return my glasses twice. I can't see out of either pair. The doctor is very friendly and so is most of the staff except one older woman. She is extremely rude and acts like she hates her life so she has to Act rude to everyone else. She's extremely rude. She is the reason I'll never go back to this business. I asked to get a refund for my glasses. Her response was I don't know we've never had a refund before! She's tacky, rude and unprofessional. I will demand my refund and never return to this buisness.

Doctor is very opinionated and shoves his ideals down your throat. He told my wife who stays at home and home schools our children that she needs to get a real job. I will never go back there and would suggest to never go there.

Great local doctor and staff. They did a great job helping me find the right contacts for my dry eyes and love the glasses.
