Dr. Jennifer Howard & staff are very thorough, professional and helpful. There were not very many people in the building. I did not wait very long at all.

Best eye doctor experience I've ever had!

The office was very friendly and inviting. They were exceptional with my nervous 5 year old. Everything was organized and very clean. They have a great selection of eye wear. Everyone was very accommodating. We have definitely found our family eye care provider!!

I Love the staff and doctor's as well. Everyone is very nice and friendly. They never try to talk me into getting new glasses they tell about my checkup , then let me decide.

A couple of things I have a warranty on my son's glasses and let just tell you they were not cheap my sons glasses broke (namebrand) and I brought them back up to be fixed un fixable and had to send out for the warranty to remake the glasses. Today after 3 weeks glasses are finally in and now there telling me they need the original pair that was broken. They never told me that when I brought them in. She told me she didn't need them. I'm so tired of this it's absolutely rediculas!!! I spend 100s here 100s!! The lady in the glasses is awful and rude! I will be contacting the insurance and reporting this. I'm sick of it!!! I will be taking my child elsewhere where I know they care!!!

Everyone was great and made us feel welcome in their office. The doctor did a good job of explaining some changes she was making to my daughter's prescription and our insurance was explained to us in great detail as far as what would be covered.
