I had lost my glasses so hada pay $60 to get new ones! First after a month I called and they said she left a voivemail weeks ago! Umm my voicemail set isnt set up! Didn't say a word, went to pick up, can barely see but see glasses are different! She says i can assure you theyre identical, I put them on and said no they aren't. As she looked at me like Im crazy and says those are the exact glasses u had! Im just shaking my head bc not true! Guess what?!! Found my glasses and looky! $60 for some glasses id of never ever paid for! I dont do rounded glasses! So hey! They are NOT the same! Oh and I waited a month, finally I called and asked what was going on, was there a problem and was told she had called me 2wks ago n left message they were in.. "I can assure you, those are the exact" n voicemail situation, ive grown alot leme just say...

Dr Jacob Heath is friendly but professional and does a thorough exam. The receptionist and the tech ordering your glasses are friendly. The tech that took me back to the exam room was not friendly at all but was professional and thorough. I will be a returning pstient.

Sarah helped me choose my glasses and was very professional, friendly, knowledgeable, and fast. I got my glasses for a great price. The receptionist was also nice and professional.

I made my husband and daughter an appointment. Over the phone I explained they had private insurance and Medicaid as a secondary insurance. The lady said to just bring both cards in at the appointment. On the appointment day they said we couldn't use our Medicaid bc they can't bill both insurances. Every office I have been to has always had primary and secondary and could bill accordingly. My husband was like we are insured for Medicaid fully, why can't you just bill that. Lady said we can't. So basically they just wanted the most money, co pay and frames the last time was over 200 dollars for each person. Husband decided just to go to Walmart. Our private insurance is accepted there and they have a better variety of frames for better prices! If you have private primary insurance and secondary Medicaid and are on a budget. Don't even mention your private just give them your Medicaid card.... Waste of time, considering when making the appointment they could have informed me about the insurance.

This place intentionally withholds your pupillary distance from you so that you cannot order glasses online, my kids and I will never be back. Save your money and go somewhere else that isn't going to rip you off. Pathetic.

My son and I went in for our very first appointment yesterday morning. The staff were all beyond nice and communicated what we were doing the entire time. The doctor made me and my son comfortable as he tested our eyes and eyesight. I would recommend this eye care center over all others in the area. Thanks so much for such a great experience. When I went in the clinic I had a really good experience. My doctor helped me pick a new contact brand that I've really enjoyed. The staff up front was really friendly. Edited because they got back to me pretty quickly about my contacts and are helping me with the rebate. Thank you!

Thank you to the ladies of the front office who have worked so diligently to make my glasses so much more comfortable. They are always quick to tell me that if what they did didn't work to come back in. They wanted me to be happy with my purchase. This last time a saddle nose piece was installed and I am totally thrilled. Looking forward to a future of no more nose pain.
