Vision Street Eye Care

My wife went to Jason Street 3 or 4 times over 4 months and was told she had dry eyes. She kept telling him there was something wrong and he said it was her age. He sold her more eye drops and new glasses. He asked her if she was depressed. She tried an ENT exam and brain scan. She went to an inflammation specialist. She finally went to an ophthalmologist (with no referral) and he actually looked at her eye and immediately recognized that she had a detached retina. One glance and he knew. The retina detachment was so bad and had been going on so long that it was almost into the optic nerve. They had her in emergency surgery the next day at 6:00am. The way they had to do the surgery was very invasive and her eye never recovered. If Jason had been more interested in diagnosing the problem instead of selling her overpriced glasses, they could have fixed it with a simple surgery. After my wife's 6th surgery, I told Jason at golf league that she wasn't doing well and that most of her surgeries would have been unnecessary. He didn't apologize or offer any remorse. His group was behind us and he was lobbing golf balls over our group. Run, don't walk away from Vision Street Eye care.

I had an absolutely stellar experience at my recent visit, and I'm not one to gush--being a Gen X'er, I usually lean toward skepticism. But I can't help but sing the praises of the team, especially Jessica, a new staff member who's only been there for two weeks. Despite her understandable nervousness, Jessica was incredibly welcoming and personable, making me feel at ease from the moment I walked in. Her warmth and genuine care shone through, even as she navigated her new role. I was also impressed by how supportive her manager was--clearly dedicated to training her properly and giving her positive feedback, which you could tell boosted her confidence. It was refreshing to see such a nurturing team environment. Then there's Dr. Kennan Cox, who took the experience to another level. He greeted me with a firm handshake, looked me in the eye, and made me feel truly seen. He patiently answered all my questions and explained everything with such clarity that I left feeling completely confident in the exceptional level of eye care I received. For someone like me who rarely has anything nice to say, I'm genuinely thrilled with this visit and strongly recommend this practice to anyone looking for top-notch care delivered with professionalism and heart.

From the welcomed smile at the front desk to the picking out of my new glasses, the experience was wonderful! Pleasant and inviting! Dr. Cox helped me find the perfect balance for my far and near sight. My glass frames were "so fashion" as my kids would say! The tech was very good and honest on how the glasses looked on me! The people at Vision Street Eye Care are so nice and they do a great job. I went there recently and got new eyeglasses and I really love them. Dr. Cox is really nice. He's really good at what he does. They are all very professional.

Dr Street and his entire staff are simply amazing! Without a doubt the best experience I have EVER had. From the receptionist at the desk, the young lady that assisted me to Dr Street who quickly diagnosed my eye problem that I have been dealing with for years.
