America's Best Contacts & Eyeglasses

I went In today to the Fenton location up in the Gravois Bluffs Jennifer was the sweetest very very helpful. The young lady that was the tech. She was just super kind very very nice. The doctor was very fun. He reminisced a little about the old TV, but he was super super nice. I had a very good experience. I've got my glasses cheaper than I've ever bought them before and I'm very pleased with the service. These ladies should be commended. Thank you.

Recently I had an eye exam from Dr Bruce... he was very informative and did a great exam... Audrey was the representative I worked with in the purchase of my glasses... she was knowledgeable and customer oriented... in fact the whole team at America's Best was awesome... I would definitely come back when I am looking for new glasses...

I love America's Best in Fenton. The employees and Manager always make me feel so welcome and appreciated while I'm there. I used to hate going to the eye doctor but not anymore. They greet you upon arrival and make every step of the eye glass buying process so easy. I recommend them to anyone looking for an eye exam and eye glass place. They are reasonably priced and even found out for me that I have some vision coverage through my health insurance I wasn't aware of to cut some of my cost. I won't go anywhere else now. 5 stars.

Gotta be able to see to clean, right!? America's Best has a wide variety of frames at great prices, and I've been going there for over six years for both contacts and glasses. The staff is always fun and friendly, making every visit easy and comfortable. Contact fittings are quick, and when I first started they were so helpful--teaching me how to put contacts in and care for them. The Eye Care Club is the best deal: three years of free eye exams and contact fittings for just $99. Total steal! Highly recommend.

DO NOT GO HERE!!! Total rip-off & the sales people have no idea what's going on and lie to you. Then when you call in to find out what's going on, they treat you like you are stupid. Don't make the mistake of going to this place or any of the other stores it's much cheaper go to Walmart and get your prescription and buy your glasses online. I wish I could only give zero stars instead of one. I've worn glasses, my whole life and this by far is the worst experience I have ever getting glasses. Staff is not trained properly and once they have your money, they don't care what happens after that. I was told two weeks on my glasses and my daughters. Turns out I'm gonna have to wait three or more. And I paid the shipping fee, which they conveniently forgot to add to my ticket, but not to my card. I also paid full price since I didn't have insurance. Over $700 on 4 glasses!!!!!

Decided to stop at this location since it is closer to my house now than the Arnold location. Audrey helped me pick out my frames, and answered all my questions. When I went to pick up my glasses, (literally only took one week, I also have a very simple prescription so know that's not always the case cause they did give me a timeline of 2 weeks), Dawn helped me get them situated properly on my face and also answered any questions I had. Professional and quick. 10/10.

This was my first visit at this location and I will ABSOLUTELY be back. As soon as I walked in the door, I was greeted by the kindest people. Audrey was absolutely phenomenal, and so sweet. Dr. Bruce was great as well. Not only was he an amazing doctor, but also a great conversationalist. I truly cannot recommend this location enough.

Dr. Bruce and Mgr. Will provided excellent care and service for my husband Joe's corneal abrasion. I highly recommend them both at Fenton location.
