Complete Vision Care

I saw "Dr." Wiles two weeks ago for my nearsightedness. He completely changed my prescription for up close vision which I stated I did not need. He said it will train my eyes to see distance. He also said I did not have enough of a stigmatism to include in my prescription. I felt so unsatisfied leaving the office. I had a second opinion at another eye doctor, and they confirmed that I needed glasses for distance, and also had to increase my prescription for my stigmatism. Overall the worst experience I had with an eye doctor. He didn't listen to me, he didn't take into consideration what I could / couldn't see, and wrote me a prescription for something I did not need.

Can't say enough about Complete Vision Care....Beyond Excellent service. I was told that I didn't need glasses and that something from walgreen's...1.25 glasses would be more than enough (I read very small detail items). Got me in same day, gave me a mask for the visit as well. This was my first time ever going, so if you are in that boat....these guys are going to take care of you!

Saw Dr. Wiles this morning. He is great. His office staff was great. I'm a physician myself so I have high expectations and definitely appreciate the weekend hours! Thanks for all you are doing to keep your patients and staff safe! Thank you Dr. Wiles and Complete Vision Care for great eye care!

In all my years of going to any doctor. Dr Derek Wiles is by far the best he actually cares!!! I actually have a daughter two sons and two grandsons that go to him. He caught a problem with my grandsons vision and it's actually being corrected due to his experience and knowledge. Normally this particular problem goes undetected until it's too late to fix. He has stopped my vision problem when an Opthalmologist had almost made me go blind! The office staff Anna and Misty are so kind and extremely helpful with anything and everything your needing!!! I am so very happy I found this place they all are fantastic!!! If you are in need of a really great Optomitrist Dr Derek Wiles is still the best!!! Anna his assistant is absolutely amazing, compassionate and really helped me when I needed a new frame that fit my nose so they wouldn't slide off. I got that pair from Opthalmologist recommendation. Never will I ever go anywhere else TEN STARS

I have been going to Complete Vision Care for many years for my eye care and optical needs. The staff is friendly and helpful. The doctors are professional, thorough and take time to answer questions and make sure your needs are met. I highly recommend this office and appreciate the consistent care I have received over the years.

I've been seeing Dr. Derek Wiles for almost 10 years now. He is by far my favorite doctor (I have a few). He also treats my two kids, my mom and my two brothers. I recommend him to anybody and everybody. You will not meet another optometrist as patient and genuinely caring as him. I give 5 stars to his staff at his Leadington and Festus locations as well. Just top notch care every single time.

Anna does a great job keeping up with the front end / clerical duties, and performing patient pre-tests before seeing your Doctor. Dr. Wiles is very thorough, and spends plenty of time explaining all of your options.

Had a minor emergency that required an immediate appointment with an optometrist. Called Complete Vision and explained my situation and they found time for me to come in within 24 hours. Dr. Wiles and the team at the Festus location were friendly, prompt, courteous, highly professional and very helpful. Highly recommended!
