Dr. Ettinger and Christina are such a compassionate crew! Christina was especially great with my kiddos. She explained things, without making me feel dumb or talking down to me. She has gone ABOVE and BEYOND for me these last few weeks since I received a new contact rx. There were some issues that she quickly resolved and never made me feel as though she was frustrated with me. She is very patient and understanding. Never once did she make me feel as though I was a nuisance for asking questions or bringing up issues. She's the easiest person to communicate with when you call in, whether it's for an appointment or to remedy an issue.

She was incredibly patient while teaching me how to use contacts, taking the time to make sure I felt confident.
