Vista Optical inside Select Military Exchanges

Came in after hearing good things. Was welcomed in and offered help right away. Once I started talking the employee walked right past me and ignored me. I have never felt so uncomfortable before. I just wanted to pick out a pair of glasses and new sunglasses. Now ive got to drive 2 hours to Springfield. Thanks for the great customer service. I'll never come back.

There was no line when I showed up. I was instantly greeted and assisted. Staff was super friendly. Corey not only replaced my nose piece for my glasses, but he cleaned them without me asking him to. Then he offered to make adjustments, which I did not need since the fit was just right. The best part is that it didn't cost anything and took less than 5 minutes. Wow.... that was great service!

The staff here are the sweetest! It was my first time trying glasses and each person was so helpful in the process. They all gave me great advice on frames and additions based on the styles I like and the functionality I needed, and took their time despite it being so late in their day. I can't thank the staff there enough for being so personable, knowledgeable, and kind!

Vista Optical has always been great, particularly MEGAN... As a new eye glass wearer, she always keeps me honest...like asking me where are the glasses you're supposed to be wearing or stop wiping you glasses with your T-shirt. She also always makes sure the fit of my glasses are always on point. Also if you order off the Contemporary wall you get a nice free case, the "big head" case gets a free plastic one. If they're not too busy and you're at the PX they usually will go ahead and clean your glasses for you. ***Even though Megan is my favorite, the whole staff is awesome.

My family and I highly recommend this place. Megan personally has helped myself multiple times, my mother in law, and both of my daughters. She has been nothing but supportive, patient, and beyond kind. The prices there are the best in the area. My daughter wanted me to type up her own words to recommend Megan. "She is the best I've gone to. She is my favorite out of everyone. She's like a best friend to me. She helped me pick out the PERFECT pair. You should pay her MORE. $100 more." -Braylie

Wife and I visited Vista Optical for the first time this year, we should have switched YEARS AGO! Ms. Megan was so helpful, patient, and friendly, BRAVO ZULU! I noticed that patrons walking in & out of PX would step in quickly just to say hello to the staff. That tells you all you need to know. HIGHLY recommended.

I cannot believe the amazing customer service I received during my visit to get glasses and contacts!! Upon entering the store, I was quickly greeted with hellos and smiles from the ladies working that day. I must've come at the right time because as I walked in, everybody had just finished up caring for their customers, so I had plenty of help to choose from. Being the first to say hello to me as I enter the store, I naturally gravitated towards Mrs Linda . Not only was Mrs Linda, very knowledgeable of everything that she showed me, but she took the time to explain everything in great detail as I was dealing with new insurance and a new store. I typically don't get five star reviews because there's always a flaw somewhere in the line, but couldn't pass up the opportunity to brag on this lady! She walked me through step-by-step of the insurance breakdown and what exactly I would be paying that day to make sure that I understood, and if I had any questions, she made sure to answer them. Not only did I great-looking glasses, but I left with confident in my choice of eye glass stores! I can say that I am very pleased with the service that I received! I also have to add that the store was very clean, tidy, and very well taken care of!! Overall, I would definitely recommend visiting the store and working with Mrs Linda if you have any eyewear needs!
