Batek Family Eye Care

Referred by family for care. Am currently on Medicaid and I didn't know if they accepted my insurance, but they had everything ready for me up arrival! I haven't had an eye exam in about 5 years and needed new scripts to see, tired of wearing glasses all the time, so asked for Contact lenses. Inviting, pleasant atmosphere and service throughout the process. They gave me a choice of lenses covered by my insurance plan, and immediately fitted me for contacts on the spot! I feel so free with my contacts, thank you! I love being able to see clearly enough to do my work in detail. I'm excited to pick up my new eye glasses soon and report back how comfortable my contacts are. They also educated me about having astigmatism. Which require special contacts. Affordable eye care. Clean, sterile environment throughout. Pleasant, helpful staff juggling clients. Wouldn't go anywhere else. THANK YOU!

Trying to get through to this office is a joke. My son is a college student and had no choice but to go here back in March. He has since lost his glasses and both he and I have been trying to get a new pair ordered since October 1. I have personally called and left 6 messages with only one call back stating they would call back with total by the end of the week. That was 29 days ago. I've called 5 times with no response. Finally I told him to just go up there and get a copy of his prescription. They refused and told him they weren't allowed to. What? I worked in Eyecare for well over 10 years and never have I dealt with incompetence like this. Just terrible.

Should have noted in this review that Batek deleted my first review so I made it again. I left out the part where the lady through my daughters glasses at her and didn't hand them to her like you would normally. She had to get to her next customer who had big $$$$. But just guessing they still are not happy with Medicaid people. Only go there if you have money. Also we had to go to international eye care they happily fitted my daughters glasses. They were rude to my daughter and my wife and myself. The lady was trying to get us out quickly. She wouldn't even fit the glasses for my daughter. They don't like it if you're poor and have Medicaid. They only want to see you if you have $$$$.

Front desk lady is super rude and also lies to patients. Their eye pressure machine only works on 12 year olds and up yet somehow they did my 7 year olds exam last year? Literally makes no sense, she was rude when I walked in there then refused to let me speak to her boss. She's gonna cost the business money acting like that.

Went to Batek after driving blindly for 10+ years. I couldn't be more satisfied with my visit! They got me in, less than a week from my initial phone call, and the entire process was very quick. From check-in to the end of the exam was roughly 20-25mins. And when I was done with my exam, I had a "style assistant" help me with choice in frames. Jackie I believe was her name. Very kind, friendly, had wonderful suggestions! Ask for her by name. Overall I had a wonderful experience and would highly recommend going there!

Best eye place in fulton they took my Medicaid when I did have it now I have my job insurance and they still take care of me like nothing change great place will never look for another place to go.

They are very friendly and helpful, and very kind and caring. Family friendly and definitely baby friendly too. When I fell they rushed to my aide to help me and stayed with me until I was able to get to my feet and walk away safely. I definitely recommend them over anyone else.

Both me and my wife are patients here. They offer top quality eye care at a low price. The staff are friendly and helpful. They have an excellent selection of frames.
