Service was awful and unprofessional, pulled my sister out of an exam room to accommodate another patient. Also wouldnt let my mother go in the exam room with my sister who is 11. There not willinv to accommodate at all. Also ended up with a later appointment then what was texted to us from their system. Over all unprofessional and wouldn't not be going back.

I find vision arts to be the knowledgeable eye care center I know of. I have been to others, but not by choice but circumstance. The staff is very friendly and helpful, and I've never had to wait a long time at an appt. Dr. Van has recommended to me to see other health professionals in different fields because of concerns he had from what he saw and he was spot on. After he did this I had two mini strokes in the following couple of months. Great job everyone!! Would recommend them to everyone!!!!

I've been a patient for 4 years, like dr. Vann, but the opticians should be more transparent about choices on the add ons for lenses. The lady that helped me said she forgot they had a lower cost anti-glare choice. Back in 2020 I bought my glasses with the Crizal prevention. Wasn't given a lower cost choice " the Endure" anti-glare. This time I chose neither.
