Bennett EyeCare Midwest - North Oak

Ive been going to Bennett eye care for years. This specific location Ive only went once. I bought two pairs of glasses and whenever they came in they looked fine. Once the screw fell out of one of my sides I noticed the holes dont even line up. I took them in and told them they were made wrong and they just fixed it for me instead of ordering new ones. I dont have time to go into that place every week to get my glasses fixed. So now Im stuck wearing contacts.

Shout out to Bennett EyeCare ! Thank you ladies for outstanding customer service from the time I was checked in greeted with a smile . From the pre eye check up with a lovely lady who explained everything she was doing. Along with the 2 ladies who placed my eye glass prescriptions who made sure my glasses felt good and were sitting on my face correctly! Oh and of course the fabolous doctor who is always greeting you with a smile. If your looking to change where you get your eyes checked check out Bennett Eyecare! Been with them well over 10years.

I am beyond disappointed and frustrated. The eye doctor is friendly and helpful. The office staff are rude. I have had so many issues. They ordered the wrong contacts but it's my fault somehow. I'm an inconvenience to them for coming to get my contacts. No communication about why my glasses are not ready. I just am dumbfounded the lack of costumer service. Trust me - go somewhere else!!

The service was great. Took my son in for an eye care appt. That all went well. The front desk staff were great. What ruined it for me. While waiting out in the lobby. There was this other area. Where in guess people try on their glasses and get service. The two ladies running that area were loud and obnoxious. Laughing and giggling the entire time really loudly. They spotted a man who was trying to get into his office area right across from the eye care office. These two gals claimed he ignored the sign on how to get in. Instead of maybe going to help him. These two gals were laughing hysterically and mocking him. Very rude! Front desk was great, doctor's are great, but those two ladies at the service area. Were very loud and get obnoxious. It was very uncomfortable sitting in that lobby while they kept bursting out with loud laughter.

I have been a patient at Bennett Eyecare Midwest for many years and I cannot say enough good things about them. They are so thorough and patient, always talking their time to get my medical information and updated eye information. Dr. Rondeau was SO nice and answered all my questions and even took the time to submit some information so I could get my contact lenses covered by insurance!! I also absolutely LOVE the optical team. No matter if I drop in to get an adjustment without an appointment or if I'm looking to buy new glasses, they are incredibly knowledgeable and capable. I'm hard on my frames and they always fix them so nicely and are so helpful! I highly recommend Bennett Eyecare Midwest for all your optical needs!

I first started going to Bennett Eye Care in the summer of 2016. I've always been treated great by Dr. Tischinski and his team. They have always been super helpful and answered my questions. On my last set of lenses, something wasn't quite right. They took care of me, and made sure they got the lenses right. Deanna and everyone were so kind and helpful. My new lenses are perfect, and I feel lucky to have awesome people helping me see my best!

Recently moved to the area, and my family and I all have had really good experiences and service here.
