America's Best Contacts & Eyeglasses

I had many issues with this place and it won't let me type it all here. I have gone in several times since December 2025 and still haven't gotten glasses that I can see well out of. I went to this place because I didn't have health insurance and it was the place I could go to and easily pay out of pocket. Lady named Stephanie was not very friendly any time I went in. She eventually started saying the reason I could not see out of any of the glasses was because I probably had diabetes and it is my fault for the glasses not working, not the fact that they keep messing up. With the second prescription I recieved I was the one to notice after they read my glasses that the prescription was wrong. They barely glanced at the ticket and didn't even compare it to what it was supposed to be. The patient should not be the one to point that out at all. There was just so many issues here and with Stephanie that this place just is not worth going to even if it is in your budget. Not only did Stephanie give me attitude she also gave my aunt an attitude after I called ahead to make sure my aunt could pick up the paper with my perscription on it after my appointment with a third eye doctor. This place just isn't great.

I love going to the Grandview America's Best (AB) location. Over the last decade, I have visited 4 or 5 of the AB locations, but I decided to try the Grandview late 2024-2025 and it has been such a great experience. The store is bright and always clean, but it's the people and treatment that does it for me. The entire staff there is nice, but two that deserve honorable mention are Dr. Chad and Brittney. I am probably not the easiest patient as my eyes seem to be changing over the past year, but Dr. Chad and Brittney have been absolutely wonderful in addressing and modifying things for me as needed. Not long ago, I had an appointment at a different location (and they were nice too), but I was unhappy with the restyle. Something had changed and I didn't feel as heard about my vision concerns, so I returned to Brittney and she was so patient, kind and professional. She figured it out and and the glasses are better. We are still working to get the "perfect" match for contacts, but these two individuals stand out and and I want to give Kudos for their service. Thank you Grandview Team for your kindness and patience!

This was my first time at an America's Best. My husband and I were so impressed with the service. Brittney really took care of us, not only was she very knowledgeable but also super friendly. I thought she must be the manager. Turns out she wasn't but "wow", she was good. She greeted everyone who walked in and made sure they knew someone would be with them shortly. Our overall experience was topnotch. Thank you for the great service.

Had a great experience at America's Best in Grandview today! Staff is all very kind, and the store has a great selection of glasses to choose from. Miss Brittney was especially helpful answering all of my questions and giving me excellent feedback!

Brittney was very nice and courteous. She made my son and I feel very comfortable. The staff was also friendly and supportive.

Brittany is very patient with customers even after I gave her a bit of a difficult time. I'm sorry I was having such a bad day but thanks you for explaining everything as confused as we were. Brittany is a prime example of why I love going to America'a best

Getting glasses is easy, but not very friendly with customer service. The lady helping me adjust my glasses appeared to be getting frustrated with helping me adjust the fit once they arrived.
