I've been coming to this location for a few years now and I love the staff and the whole experience. They are all so friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. Dr. Dawson is so kind, patient and thorough. She goes over my benefits with me and helps me make the best decision in regard to maximum savings! They have a wide variety of frames and they offer good deals on them as well.

The 2 rather than 1 was for the eye exam, which was done professionally, and achieved the necessary results. The rest was due to my experience with the store side. I do typically buy my eyeglasses at the same place as I have my eye exam done. However, they only have one shelf and a small rack of men's glasses and not a lot that I was interested in. I decided that I'd take my business online. The woman and two other women went into a small partially open room and started talking about me/my case in hushed tones. (My eyes may not be great, but my ears are awesome.) I became uncomfortable with this and prepared to leave, asking to pay and get my prescription at the front desk. They came out to try to intervene somehow. I said that I wanted my pupillary distance measurement so I could get glasses online. They said they do not provide this because it could be different with different frames. I'm not a fool, I know this number doesn't change. And a quick Google search shows that some places don't give it to pressure you to buy their glasses. Shop with people who don't conceal information in order to earn your business.

Dr Dawson has been my eye doctor for atleast 12 years now. She is truly a God-send and so knowledgeable. She's kind, caring, and compassionate. I have a complicated eye issue, but she's always known how to help me.

I have been going here since 2015. Me and my children haven't been to any other place. I feel like we're families there. I love the staff and it feels so homey and they're very kind and sweet.

I'm a grown man, but going to get my eyes checked makes me anxious like a toddler at the dentist, so I was relieved that the staff here was especially patient and understanding. There was a small issue with the initial deposit and they were more than happy to work it out for me. Dr. Swopes was knowledgeable and personable, taking extra time and going out of her way to explain things and make sure I was fully aware of all the costs and charges. They were also quite efficient, getting me in and out for my appointment in about an hour's time.

I have had so many compliments on my glasses that I wear and I always tell them the name and location. Everyone is pleasant to work with from the moment you step into the office.

We've been patients of Dr. Swopes for many years, and she consistently provides outstanding care. She is thorough, kind, and takes the time to explain everything clearly. She really goes above and beyond to ensure our entire family feels comfortable with their eye care plan. The office is welcoming, the staff is friendly and professional, and appointments are always efficient and easy. We always feel well cared for from start to finish. I highly recommend Dr. Swopes and her wonderful team!

Premier Eye Care and Eyewear Searched for a local site. Arrived at 4:23 pm. Told them I want to look at some frames. Staff was polite but told me they close at 4:30. I'm pretty sure closing at 4:30 doesn't mean you turn customers away at 4:23 Other than that it looks like a nice facility.
