I found the vision team at Discover Vision Center in Harrisonville, Missouri to be efficient and friendly. This might seem trivial, but I didn't have to fill in pages of patient data because my Dr is at Cass Medical. So most of the blanks on the intake form were filled in for me already, which is how tech is supposed to work but seldom does.
The front desk intake technician set the tone for my whole visit. She was friendly and quick lymph got me checked in. The vision tech was great - personable and well trained. And Dr Samuelson took her time, answered all my questions and really left me with the certainty that she is invested in my vision health.
I am completely blessed to have selected this center. I strongly recommend them, especially for those who are dealing with conditions like cataracts, macular degeneration or glaucoma.
