I've been going here for 20+ years, and have always been treated so well. They're quick, informative and most of all--they remember you. There was an iffy time during the pandemic when their intention was seemingly much more profit-focused and intent on making the sale. However, since around 2022 they've been my favorite and I'll likely never change.

It was my first visit to Littlefield my check in at front desk was was pleasant an professional the office was really clean even the restroom not a fan of the mega super charged hand dryer tho. Dr Yates was cool i liked that she showed me pictures of my eyeballs and explained things in a way i coukd understand and her assistant was so considerate and showed concern when I told her my blood sugar was low she offered me some hard candy. She used alcohol wipes on every surface my face an hands came in contact with an I luv that..shes a keeper! Im going back to get me some new glasses.

From the moment I stepped in the door, Thom at the front desk was so incredibly helpful. He straightened out an insurance issue for me and was so awesome! Maggie, the tech who put me through my tests was so patient and encouraging and put me at total ease with each process. Dr. Yates was incredibly thorough, had a great sense of humor and I felt like I received a great exam and answers to my questions. MiKayla who helped me (totally went above and beyond) in picking out frames and putting the deal to bed is a star. Each and every person I encountered put A+ customer service in each detail. This was my first time here after a bad experience elsewhere, and I will be sure to return as I've yet to have as great an experience as I did at Littlefield. Thank you so much!

I had, what I thought might be, an emergency situation of retinal detachment or tear and needed a same day eye exam. They were very accommodating to my needs even though I was not a patient of theirs.
They were able to fit me in their schedule and help me.
Dr Smith and the whole staff were amazing, from the front desk, to the technician that did the stuff prior to seeing doctor.
It was a very good experience.
So much so, they are going to be my new place I go every year from now on for my contact lens eye exams.

I followed Dr. Kelli Smith from her previous office. She's the best, most caring, most knowledgeable Ophthalmologist I've ever encountered. She recognized some meds I was on had potential to cause retinal issues and has been diligent in making sure my eyes are healthy and continue to be so. I highly HIGHLY recommend Littlefield Eye Associates!! Their staff is also incredible, kind and caring...the best!!
