Target Optical

What an amazing experience! Dr. Pergadia is awesome! She is very thorough, and seems to truly care about the health of my eyes, and my overall health, especially with my recent diagnosis of type 2 diabetes. Moreover, the optician, Kelly, was both friendly and knowledgeable. I appreciated her attentiveness to my needs. She went the extra mile to provide excellent service. I have a very high prescription in my right eye, and with Kelly's knowledge and experience, I was able to select the right frames and type of lenses for my high prescription. Thank you both so much for everything!

Im back again for my yearly exam and again the team here at this Optical went above and beyond when it came to not only my appointment with the doctor, but also with selecting the right glasses. It is rare to be welcomed with a smile and for people to have patience with you. Matthew and Kelly were amazing. I would highly recommend anyone to stop by.

Grea eye exam with Dr. Pergadia 10/10 if I could, shes so patient with all of my questions, and explains things so I know what im supposed to be doing for my ocular health. Got some great Ray-Ban sunglasses and Oakley too!! Optical side is super friendly, Kelly helped me, super nice.

Matthew was amazing! I called in the morning with a request for a sample pair of contacts, letting him know I would stop by "sometime ". I happened to have time a few hours later and he had pulled the pair, labeled and waiting for me. The convenience was incredible. After trying the sample, I called back to order. He also assisted with that process. So friendly, competent and helpful. Such a great employee!!

I am back to this Target team. They saved me this time. I was talked into going to a competitor most recently. It was so bad. I don't want to leave them a bad review... but I have some anxiety issues when I'm on "the spot" and I ended up choosing a frame that I didn't really like. They were visibly getting annoyed because they were wanting to close soon. One lady even sprayed cleaner and asked me to raise my arms so she could wipe down the table I was trying on frames at. Plus I have a tight budget so glasses that don't fit right or whatever... I have to feel good with my choices. I don't get them often. Sooo... got a hold of Kirkwood Target. Kelly remembered me. I told her the situation and she got me set up with glasses I love. Made sure I knew my options clearly. There were a lot of discounts kelly told me about from my insurance I wasn't aware of and weren't mentioned at the "other" place. Anyhow the whole Target crew was fun to interact with. We all joked about karma from me going to the "competitor." The Target peops jaw's dropped when I told them about how that "other" place was literally cleaning around/under me. Anyhow. Target = patience and fixing your problems from other places you get glasses. Just go here and avoid pitfalls. I don't like having to do things twice. Thank you guys for listening to me and helping me with my "do over."

I always have a wonderful experience at the Kirkwood Target Optical Dept. The Dr. was wonderful and Mathew gave great customer service, from helping me pick out frames to making as many adjustments as I needed. Will return again!!

I've had issues with target optical canceling over the past few years. They spam your inbox so I made an appointment. Showed up, they were 20 minutes behind. Didn't have time, didn't stay. Could've warned me. Poor service

I am not a patient of this eye place but I called to see if they would just tighten my glasses real quick- Matthew was wonderful and fixed my glasses completely and quickly free of charge! Thanks so much!
