America's Best Contacts & Eyeglasses

I had a very frustrating experience. When I picked up my glasses, I immediately noticed they were not straight. Even though there were three employees and no customers, they told me they do not do alignment, only adjustments if glasses are too loose or too tight. Even they didn't check my glasses. They convinced me I have this feeling for my glasses because they are new. At home, it was obvious that one arm didn't touch the table and the frame was twisted. Another America's Best location noticed the issue right away and fixed it. I also paid $420 after insurance for transition lenses for driving. I called the store to ask why I was still getting sunlight in my eyes while driving. Instead of telling me over the phone that nothing could be done, they told me to come to the store only to repeat that they could not do anything, without even checking my glasses. The salesperson never explained that even XTRActive lenses don't block sunlight through the windshield, and my receipt doesn't clearly state what lenses I received. Overall, this was poor disappointing customer service.

I had a wonderful experience! I went to purchase a set of glasses that I noticed there a few months back, but when I went back to purchase them they were no longer there. I asked Alexis if she would check to see if they had them in stock (as I took a photo of the glasses the first time I was in), she said they were not. Then, to my surprise, she offered to call around to other stores if I had time. After about 15 minutes of her calling multiple stores she was able to locate a pair and told me that she would have them shipped to this location so I could get them! Great customer service by offering to go the extra mile (without having to ask her to do so) and have a very pleasant attitude while doing so!

I had such a wonderful experience at Americas Best on Manchester! From the moment I walked in, the staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. Ace took the time to listen to my needs, offered great recommendations, and made the whole process of finding the perfect pair of glasses so easy for me. The store itself was clean, organized, and had a wide selection of frames. I'm so happy with my new glasses (Thanks Maddie!) Highly recommend this place if you're looking for excellent service and quality eyewear!

It was a very good experience at America's Best. Jessie was very helpful and gave me great recommendations on frames that I ended up choosing as my new everyday frames. The places was clean and the staff was friendly, would recommend others to go here for their eye needs!

Very good experience and the entire team was professional and attentive. Madison did an excellent job of being honest and helping find new frames and explained well the different add ons I requested like glare resistant and scratch resistant. Very good experience and they have a good selection of designer frames too! Highly recommend! Good service! Great value!

I just had an appointment today and it was great from scheduling to exam and to checkout! I forgot my eye techs name but he was great, super nice and talked me through everything. The optometrist , Dr. Meyer was very sweet and knowledgeable. She answered all my questions and was efficient. Izzy was my optician and he was great! He was very friendly and made sure I stayed within my budget. Thank you! This new location is awesome!

I highly recommend this Americas Best on Manchester. I made the appointment thinking it was going to be hard to explain what I was needing in prescription glasses for my new job. But they listened and helped me come up with a solution. Everyone there was professional and knowledgeable.
