Dr. Newcomb and his staff were excellent, they accommodated what I felt to be an emergency on a Monday morning within 2 hours of my calling in, had me in 20 mins before my scheduled appointment, everyone was professional and compassionate, and the doctor was patient, kind, explained everything in very clear detail and diagnosed my problem correctly and came up with a treatment plan. He was also very honest about the long term which is also very reassuring. I imagine anyone leaving a 1 star review came in with discomfort, took it out on the staff and got upset when they matched energy. Half of these reviews don't come anywhere near the experience I had.

Absolutely the best eye clinic I've ever used. Staff is well trained and helpful at all times. The doctors are great, compassionate and helpful.

The doctor was completely unprofessional. It seemed as though he was annoyed to have a patient. Staff belittled each other. I'd rather be blind.

The doctor was completely rude and unprofessional from the moment he walking into the room. The room smelled like someone pissed in the corner of the room. There is water damage on the ceiling. The lady that dilated my child's eyes is not kid friendly and making rude comments toward my child. This is a place I advise no one go to. This place is a disappointment of a doctor office.

I was very pleased with the care we received from Dr. Ibrahim. He seemed to be genuinely concerned about my 3 y.o injured eye. It was my sons first time seeing a eye specialist and he definitely made us feel at ease and comfortable the entire time. His nurse was very understanding considering we walked in without an apt. Would highly recommend him!

Everyone here is wonderful. They are caring and professional. I have never had a problem getting a pair of glasses replaced or repaired for the kids. Unless I need an appointment, I just walk in and someone takes care of our problem right then. It's a great place to go for your eye works.

Doctor has Covid as of 6/6 refused to tell clients and some associates mind you some associates have weakened immune system and kids at home to keep safe the woman Connie at the front desk kept it all hush hush and continued to book people to see the doctor that has Covid. Connie on numerous occasions has been rude and acted like anyone coming in was a disturbance to her day. She has no customer service skills along with the other women working there. Overall I would not go here for eye appointments.

Great service here. Husband had something irritating his eye for couple weeks, and being over the road truck driver, they got us in quickly. Very accommodating. Fixed the irritation, off we go. Thank you.
