Horrible Customer Service. I was not Acknowledged when I walked in at multiple appointments . I spoke to Tamara when entering she refusing to say hello she says WHAT CAN I HELP YOU WITH did not respond until I was greeted properly and then acknowledged . I asked her name she refused that also only acknowledging after I read the business cards at the front desk . The office manager Randi was there as well he didn't acknowledge anything as well. I was giving my frames without a bag or anything and when I asked about the blue light frames the rep was very condescending with her responses. She also purposely gave me a reschedule with a different time than confirmed over the phone. All and all we will not be back

The doctor was friendly and the guy doing our initial exam was friendly and professional. The ladies upfront were having their own personal conversation. I'm use to the staff helping you look for glasses, not you help yourself while we're talking. Clarkson really disappointed me with their frame selection and the length of time the frames take to come back. I'm use to Lens Crafter where you get your frames back in 2 hrs, 3 to 4 days top. I won't be coming back. I'll just be paying the out of network out of pocket expense for Lens Crafter from now on. Not a welcoming experience for my first time.

Had a great experience here, the staff members were welcoming and kind, answered all of my questions, and were helpful in choosing my frames. Dr. Salas was very nice and extremely thorough with my examination. She was patient in answering my questions, and honest with her responses. I would have no problem returning for my next annual exam, and would recommend this Clarkson Eye Care facility to family and friends.

I'm tried of their stupid auto appointment thing they do. They just tell you when you'll come in without any input from you what do ever. Y'all aren't the only game in town. I've put up with your inflated price as long enough. I'm done. The Drs are fine Clarkson Eye Cares business practices just suck.

I had a terrible experience with this office and am finding another eye doctor as a result. Office staff were called in advance when I needed to arrive near end of business this week to pick up glasses which were already paid for. Had left a voicemail earlier that day and spoken to a staff member over the phone hours earlier to make a plan for my pick up. Staff member assured me over the phone that as long as I arrived by 7PM, which was close of business, I would be assisted. I arrived at 6:55PM and the doors were locked. Made eye contact with 2 employees through the door who did not open the door and would not assist me. This was such a devastating moment in an already awful day for me. The bare minimum in customer service was not delivered that day. This was on 12/9/25 if management would like to investigate.

Just had an extremely poor experience... I'd leave zero stars if that were an option.
In spite of the "good faith estimate" of a $119 basic exam, they proceeded to do a more extensive exam without asking and wanted to charge ~$220 for it. (They agreed to only charge the $119 after disputing this charge) In addition, they don't tell you about other fees until AFTER you have had your eye exam. They charged $65 separate from the exam itself, just to be ABLE to buy contacts or glasses. If you choose not to pay that $65 fee you walk out the door with nothing and no ability to get contacts or glasses from a different source since they won't give you the results of your exam that you've already paid for. It obviously doesn't cost $65 to print a single page prescription. Feel very ripped off.
