I went into Family Eye Care today feeling really overwhelmed after experiencing vision changes following cataract surgery. From the moment I walked in, I received exceptional attention and care. Dr. Browning was knowledgeable and very kind. He did a thorough exam and then patiently explained everything in a way that I could clearly understand. Mark in the front office was also patient and attentive. Everyone took the time to listen to my concerns, which meant a lot when I was feeling so worried. I truly felt supported throughout the visit. I'm very grateful for the care I received, will definitely be returning, and highly recommend them.

Very pleasant staff. Helpful and knew what they were doing. I went to two other eye doctors and they did not know how to process my medical insurance for an eye exam. Family Eye Care assured me and followed through on processing the claim. They have some experts on their team or just people who care.

They've gotten painfully cheap I had to get new glasses like 3 times this year. And the guy gave me the wrong glasses. Once I took off my hoodie, the lenses just fell out onto the floor.

Innovative, very impressive approach to fitting me with an updated prescription of my contacts. Dr took a new progressive way of changing my contacts. Dr Browning was friendly and professional. The staff was fantastic, friendly, knowledgeable and inviting. The office had a great atmosphere with the staff working together. I took my daughter to Family Eye Care of Maryland Heights for the first time and the experience was 5 stars all the way around. Dr. Kinder really has a love for what she does and it shows. She is thorough and makes things very easy to understand. The staff is friendly and had no problem with the MANY frames my daughter wanted to try on. We have definitely found our eye care team. I would highly recommend.
