I had such a great experience with Dr. Bollinger and his team! Dr. Bollinger is absolutely wonderful to work with--he's incredibly sweet, really takes the time to listen to your concerns, and is very reassuring throughout the whole process. I felt completely at ease in his care. Jaclyn, Sierra, and Gabby were also amazing! They were so nice, professional, and fun to work with. They made the whole visit smooth and enjoyable from start to finish. I truly appreciated their kindness and positive energy. Highly recommend this team if you're looking for quality care and a friendly, supportive environment!

Overall experience was good. Appointment wasn't long at all. Although, one of the ladies at the front desk has a nasty attitude with one of her coworkers. She was very rude and mean to her. It was the lady with brown hair who was being mean to the older lady with the glasses and short hair.

Dr. Stewart is amazing! She's super friendly and makes her patients feel as comfortable as can be. She is very knowledgeable and obviously is passionate about eye care and vision. For me, she noticed some concerning signs and went above and beyond to provide information and ease my worry. When I had more questions, and I bothered her through the patient portal, Dr. Stewart got right back to me. She didn't have to do that but chose to set more time aside for me. She has proven she truly cares about her patients.

Everybody was incredibly nice and helpful. The lady at the front desk helped me with my insurance and actually cared! I very much recommended coming here.

If I could, I would put zero stars. Do not go to this location. I did a yearly exam as a new patient and asked only for what was included under my insurance (eyemed). For a yearly exam that should have been covered, they charged me over two hundred extra dollars after the exam claiming they added extra options to the appointment when I asked for only what was covered under my insurance multiple times. The doctor had me try the most expensive option for contacts when I said I have extra dry eyes as a flight attendant. They made my eyes more dry and they were asking for eight hundred dollars for six months of contacts. I have never paid over one hundred and fifteen dollars for six months worth of contacts. I called to ask immediately after two weeks for an alternative option since they dried out my eyes. Layla said she would call back with another option. I called back repeatedly within the past few months and the front desk kept saying they would call back. They never did so I would have to reach out again. Now they are saying I would have to pay for another full appointment because my appointment was in July. I was supposed to try the contacts and get a prescription after finding the right fit, but they would not get back to me about changing them when I called multiple times. Asking that much for six months worth of contacts and prescribing me the most expensive option that made my eyes more dry is wrong. Adding undisclosed extra charges when I specifically said I only wanted what was covered under my insurance is wrong. The people working the front desk in this office not getting back to me when I tried to call since July to ask for an alternative option multiple times then trying to charge me for another appointment is also wrong. Now I have to start again at another eye doctor's office under a different brand due to this sour experience. I also have to pay even more in order to get re-examined because the people at this office would not provide me with reliable prescriptions and wanted to charge me even more in every way in order to get basic eye contact and glasses prescriptions. Go to America's Best instead.

I had recently had a bad experience at another eye care store in lake ozark. It was highly recommended to try this shop. From the moment I walked in the front door, they were all exceptionally friendly and helpful. The eye exam was very pleasant and informative. I not only bought a new pair of glasses but a second pair of sunglasses. I highly recommend clarkson eye care in O'Fallon south.

First time visiting and I must say I WILL NOT RETURN! I get there at 3:46pm on a Tuesday 1/21/25, they check me in and did not inform me that I was going to have to wait until 4:40pm to even be seen by Dr.Bollinger. Fast forward to checking out I have a bill for $54. I NEVER had to pay with my insurance and all of a sudden I come to this location that they booked me with instead of my normal location which is in Wentzville and I have a $54 bill...NEVER AGAIN!! The receptionist couldn't even tell me why I was getting a bill, and I couldn't get my prescription to order my eyewear because they stated that they can't without payment...ridiculous!! Nope, not ever again!!!!
