Regional Eyecare Associates - O'Fallon / Winghaven

My visit today was pleasant, efficient and worthwhile. The associate that checked me in and performed the initial eye exam was friendly and informed. The eye doctor explained my condition and follow up procedure very clearly and with wanting me to understand the next steps. Great job.

Great first time experience at this office. The initial new patient process was quick and easy. The technician and Dr. Schaefers were very nice and Taylor who helped me pick out my glasses was SO nice! She was extremely friendly and helped me narrow down the right frame out of a bunch I had liked.

Dr. Holland did an amazing job putting me at ease when close-up work needed to be done. I have every confidence in her skill and expertise! Ophthalmology tech Brandon did a great job as well, taking care of me from start to finish.

Excellent experience every visit! From the front desk, to the technician, and Dr. Samantha Holland, all professional, thorough, and efficient. They explain what they are doing, and she explained my eye health, and how to fix the dry eye issues I have.

From the moment I walked into Regional Eyecare, I was impressed. This was my first time there. Receptionists were friendly & helpful with check in. My eyecare tech Taylor was so kind & explained everything as we encountered all eye measurements. Dr Osseck was phenomenal! She was friendly, smiling, & explained everything during my exam. It was obvious that she was passionate about taking care of me as a patient. I'm so glad I found Regional Eyecare.

Our appointment with Regional Eyecare Winghaven was excellent! My husband has dementia and when I scheduled the appointment I asked if that could be a problem. I was told they would do everything they could to accommodate him. They certainly did that! We talked to Sondra first, she was very patient and took her time to make my husband feel comfortable. She explained everything she was doing which made the process so much easier. When the screen on the wall, to see the letters while sitting in a wheelchair, was not in a good position, she held it in place during the entire exam. Next Dr. Martin did the eye exam. She gave clear directions for the exam, was very patient and kept giving him positive feedback. She was so kind and took all of the time he needed to get a good result and a new prescription. She explained clearly results of the tests and the issues we need to be aware of. Then Ryanne helped us to find the perfect frame for him. She brought the choices to us at the table, which made it easier for us. She checked with our insurance for the coverage. She could not access it via computer so she talked to customer service. She took measurements to fit the glasses, so he will not need to go to pick them up. We are very great full for the kind, caring staff at Regional Eyecare Winghaven. They went above and beyond to make our visit the best possible!!!

I was referred to this eye care facility and am very glad I scheduled a visit. The doctor and staff were professional, courteous, and attentive throughout my appointment. I had several questions, and they were all addressed thoroughly without ever making me feel rushed or uncomfortable. When selecting my frames, I appreciated the lack of pressure and the clear explanations provided, details that had not been shared with me at other eye care offices. The selection of frames was excellent as well. I highly recommend this practice to anyone seeking quality eye care; you will not be disappointed.

I've been a patient of Dr. Osseck's for several years, and I'm so fortunate to have someone with her expertise monitoring my vision. She is very thorough and explains her findings in layman's terms. Her staff is considerate and helpful, yet efficient. Highly recommend her and the Regional Eyecare team.
