I went here in the past and it was fine. Nothing to write home about necessarily HOWEVER I recently just went here again and the vibe was much improved!! All of the girls working were SO nice and helpful and Tina (the optometrist) was just as fantastic. The staff as a whole was A+ and I will definitely be going back to this location in the future (even despite the further drive it is from where I live now).

Great service. Dr. Dunkin is awesome. Staff is professional and helpful. Needed new glasses and got them much quicker than I expected. Great job! Went back with blurriness in left eye, cataract is getting foggier. Dr. Dunkin explained the whole surgical process and Clarkson even schedule appoint for me to be evaluated. Great organization!

The visit was fine, but here I am at a month later, and my simple, nothing special glasses have not shipped yet! Called after two weeks and was told should be next week. Called again after third week and told the same thing. The person said shipping takes time. A month? Are they having them made over seas and shipping them by boat? My wife used a different place and got ger glasses in a week. They won't be getting my business again.
