Crown Vision Center - O'Fallon

I was really nervous. Hannah was awesome and explained the paperwork so well and was super sweet! I saw Dr Jasmine Chadha. She was so informative on my condition and how we would proceed. She answered every question that I asked. Very positive experience would highly recommend!!!

Went for a contact exam. Wasn't even fitted for contacts and left without even having any contacts given till some were ordered. I've never heard of an eye doctor not fitting someone in contacts and sending them home with any. Why?

Giving up on Crown Vision Centers altogether after my experience with this one and the one in Wentzville a couple of years ago. The doctors seem to be rather standard, but the opticians are pretty bad. I wrote a separate review of the one in Wentzville so I won't rehash that here. This one charged me a lot of $$ because the doc took 5 minutes longer to check for contact lens prescription, if that long. They didn't have any in stock for my prescription so nothing else was done related to contacts, but I still have to pay the full amount even though I decided I'm not going to deal with them anymore. When it came time to choose frames, they just motioned me toward the display and said, "Pick some." They sat around talking to each other, and when I tried to ask questions, they were rather dismissive. No one seemed to care to help me, although I had seen them working with another client as I was going in for my appointment, and they were gathered around her giving helpful suggestions and comments. I didn't need a lot of assistance, but it would have been nice to feel that anyone even cared.

I had a concern about my vision and it wasn't time for my annual check up The staff helped me get an appointment right away. The ladies up front are friendly courteous, and helpful. The doctor did not make me feel rushed during the exam. He answered by questions and took time to ensure I thoroughly understood the next steps. Everyone is friendly, courteous, and respectful. The facilities are clean and orderly. Altogether, the staff made sure that my visit was a success.

Originally I love this place , but this last visit went well until it didn't. They ordered some contacts for me to try and said they would call when they came in. A month went by. No call. Went up there and asked the manager/receptionist? And she said only one came in that maybe the lab was backed up, she will call once they are in. Another month has passed and still no call! Like what?! I'm so confused on how trial parents contacts has taken this long. I've received no updates and to be honest the girl was less than pleasant with a sarcastic reply. I ended up ordering old contacts from 1-800-contacts and they came In two days. I probably will have to find somewhere else's to go I. The future.

Dr. Matthew has been a life saver. He not only diagnosed the problem that's been bothering me for a year, but he also put me on the right path for treatment. Feels nice to be getting my life back. He's thorough, explains things well and overall just a good guy. Plus the ladies at the front are always so nice. I do not want to go anywhere else!

The staff is very friendly and helpful- the doctor was awesome as well. Great prices- would recommend if you're in the market for new glasses or contacts.

Dr. McCoy is amazing. He goes through all your tests and explains what he is looking for and explains everything to you. Hannah is amazing! She is extremely patient when you are looking for that perfect pair of glasses and she is extremely knowledgeable. Will recommend them to anyone.
