I have been going here for years now I'm being told I'm not a patient and have no record of me. So all the pics and xrays I paid for are gone? Nothing to compare future xrays to ? So apparently all the money i spent was wasted. To top it off the person calling me was rude and only wanted to fill in new patient info. I said could please look again to find my info she once again said I'm a new patient refusing to listen to me. I pointed out that i have 10 emails 7 texts and 1 call from them in the last 2 months. when I asked to talk to someone else I was placed on hold for 8 min then hung up on. I called back to see why I was hung up on she said I was the one that hung up and once again she was rude and started arguing. I know I won't make a dent but you're not getting my business or my family's business Anymore. All she had to do was be understanding and not Confrontational and rude. Saying sorry does anything. Finding my records and giving them to me would be awesome.

The doctor's nice but the office staff could use a little bit more help. Maybe some training maybe be a little clearer. When I tell you my child's last name multiple times but you put it under the wrong last name and then you tell me the wrong day and time I get a little irritated when I make plans to be there and then find out I don't have an appointment.

This place is fantastic! The staff/assistants are all so friendly. Dr. Harter is amazing, he is so knowledgeable and personable. He always takes the time to really listen to any concerns you have. My glasses have always arrived within 2 weeks and I've never had a problem with the lenses. The assistants always make sure they are fitted well and follow up to make sure I still like my new prescription/glasses.

Dr. Wilhelmus and her staff are very knowledgeable, friendly and provide great service!

Dr. Harter rocks! So patient and funny with my two girls, ages 9 and 12 (photo is of them after dilation!). The staff is fabulous and so helpful with picking out glasses for the girls. We also see Dr. Harter with our 3 sons and my husband and I also go. We loved how easy it was to fill out the forms online before we even went, and they were knowledgeable about our insurance. THANK YOU!

This office over charge for service, double the charge 400.00 without any contacts or glasses. I personal paid 200.00 and then they charge my health care, rushing me through like just a number, save yourself and go to another office. Nothing special from this office. You are just a number and no care.

10 out of 10! Very Friendly and professional staff! The staff was amazing from check in, to doctor visit, to picking out glasses! Very helpful and very informative! Totally recommend! Edit: 2025 just got out of my yearly visit and again I'm amazed at how kind and patient the staff has been. I had to bring my two kids and they were very kind and accommodating getting crayon and coloring books for them. So thankful for great doctor and staff! Thank you!

I wish I could review the doctors because I heard good things, but I didn't get to have my appointment because I didn't show up 15 minutes prior to my appointment time. Obviously other establishments ask for patients to show up early too, but I've never been denied an appointment because I didn't show up at that time. I apologized and explained I had a baby 4 days prior (she was with me and anyone who has had a baby understands how much slower you move and how much longer it takes to get places) and asked if I could just please have my appointment, but was told no again by the front desk man. He didn't even offer to go and check with the doctor about still allowing me to get seen. It was just a no. They offered to reschedule but I am not paying money to an establishment that doesn't have any empathy for people's situations. It would be one thing had I shown up significantly late to my appointment, but I showed up at my appointment time.
