Walmart Vision & Glasses

My son's glasses frame broke beyond repair. The lenses were okay but older. I scheduled an eye exam and purchased him new glasses. He told me that he was getting really bad headaches because he couldn't wear his glasses. My son is a bit loud and obnoxious, but it's very sweet... He is on the spectrum. He walked up to the associate who helped us, I believe her name was Rebecca. And he shoved his broken glasses at her and said can you please put these ones in a frame so I can see. I interjected and said as soon as I finish filling out your paperwork, I will look for you a frame. The associate who was helping my son looked at them for a moment and said we do not have a frame that they will fit in. My son was begging her to put them in a frame. I told him again to please wait a minute and as soon as I finish with the paperwork, I will look. So he's kind of walking around looking in chic browsed a little bit and then finally said no we don't have anything that your lenses will fit in. While my son is getting his eye exam and eyes measured, I take the lenses and I'm looking and I found a frame where they matched perfectly. I handed the frame to the associate and asked her if she could please remove the lenses that were in there she took them and one of my sons lens went back into the work room came out and said they won't work. I told her I do believe they would work and she said she would know they do not work. I gave the frame to my husband, walked down to the pharmacy area. Got an eyeglass repair kit came back and took the screw out of the new frame myself. And proceeded to secure the old lenses into the new frame. Were they perfect? No. However, unless you knew what you were looking at you would have no idea that the lenses did not fit properly. In fact she became visibly irritated when I handed them to my son. Some much for paying customers getting decent service.

the contact for stuck behind my eye had to wait until 12 to even contact them, they didn't have a doctor and were not willing to give me a doctor's note due to their poor training. Very unfortunate, do not come here. Doctor was fantastic, lady who answered the phone was very rude, and condescending, probably won't come back here hopefully I can see the same eye doctor else where

Spent over $300 on glasses and few weeks ago and still not received them. They called and said it will be a few more weeks.

Dr. Amy Barash was friendly and quick. I walked out with clear vision in the free pair of contacts. The only confusion was that the staff didn't tell me how/where to purchase the contacts. I'm sure if I would have asked they would have told me. Also a reminder to ask for pupillary distance to be written down in case you want to order glasses somewhere else.

Had the absolute best experience with Trudith. Her and the other ladies up front were extremely helpful and knowledgeable when it came to picking out and purchasing new glasses. They're a great team!

Person was extremely rude and refused to do my pupil distance saying it was a liability because I had not bought glasses from them. She continued to be rude and I finally said you will not get my business and she said she wouldn't sell me glasses anyway.STAY AWAYfrom this very toxic place

Walked into vision department wearing mask (employees maskless) and presented my insurance card to Angelina and was asked why the ssn was all x'ed out but last 4 digits and gave card back saying Dr Heinz doesn't accept provider anymore and all cost would be out of pocket. After returning home verifying insurance and calling back, saleswoman named Judy apologized for the other employee's error and said the insurance is accepted. Family has been going here for YEARS, same insurance. Time to find a new vision department . Raymore Walmart Vision

My children & I just went to the vision center. Terry was so rude. She was talking over me when I was trying to speak. She wouldn't listen. The other associate working there was mouthing "I'm so sorry." as I stood there in disbelief. We will NEVER go back to the Raymore Walmart Supercenter Vision Center EVER AGAIN.
